Two bad points: - That bathroom was dirty, water went everywhere - Too hot in the room, couldn't increase the AC

Bathrooms were dirty and out of soap. The bedrooms were great,

Meine Bettlaken waren etwas dreckig. Während ich da war war Baustelle, was das ganze etwas ungemütlich gemacht hat. Ansonsten war alles zufriedenstellend und ich würde wieder kommen, vor allem weil die Lage unschlagbar war. Direkt neben der Kathendrale!!

Incluir que el personal (recepción) sepa bien el español, si no es imposible que un cliente pueda comunicarse con él.

Very nice stay.Location best possible.Sraff grate,had problems with my bad,so stuff straight away sorted all in best way for me.Really recommend good value for money Thanks for nice stay

El hostel muy cómodo y las zonas comunes estaban limpias. La ubicación inmejorable; al lado de la catedral y de bares de ocio. Aún con ruido en la calle, las habitaciones están bien aisladas para descansar

It was okay for its purpose. could probably do with a bit of a refurbishment. The floors in the bathroom are quite manky despite cleaning every day. There are also marks on the walls etc in the room. Good areas for people to sit and socialise but not really much in the way of cooking facilities. One night a guy walked into my dorm room while I was alone and I didn't realise until later that he had been dropping laundry off. In an all female dorm this made me very uncomfortable

Los baños estaban sucios y olia muy mal. Alguna chica en nuestra habitación le quitó a mi amiga la almohada y el edredón de su cama (robado) y el de recepción le dijo que “no podía hacer nada” hasta que mi amiga se enfadó y el conserje le dió una almohada

Loved it. Super convenient for a late checkin too!

A very poor hostel. Facilities were fine. However…the staff was non existent. I waited 30 minutes trying to find somebody to check me in. When they came to “check me in” they did nothing other than take my money and hand me a key. The bed was not made. The AC was turned off (and was told to just open a window, even though it’s ground level on a busy street). The vibe is not like a hostel…it’s more so a bed to sleep in.

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est, mais la localisation est parfaite et le check-in 24h/24 est un gros plus !

There is no staff and trying to gain access to check in was a difficult process. We had to wait for 45 mins for someone to help.
