The owner was very nice and flexible to accept the change of my booking from two nights to one night because of the very early flight next day. She also gave appropriate instruction and help in case of need from the guests. The location to the old city is walking distance.

Primaa! Hadden een privekamer. Hard bed maar prima. Badkamer ook goed en personeel erg behulpzaam. Net buiten de oude binnenstad maar dat is slechts 5 minuutjes lopen. Ze helpen met het regelen van een taxi als je vroeg weg wilt

Great location, great value and lovely staff

The Jiaxin Guesthouse is a very cozy place to stay, located just a short walk from the Pingyao City Wall. The interior is lovely, clean, and modern. It is run by a wonderful family who will gladly help you with your journey and any other needs. The breakfast was also very good. If I return to Pingyao, I will definitely stay at Jiaxin again. Thank you for your friendliness and your hospitality.

Nous sommes deux bestie Belge et Suisse et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Nous avions une chambre privée. Le lit était confortable. La salle de bain était immense pour deux backpackeuses c’était vraiment le rêve! La nourriture était super bonne fait avec amour par notre magnifique hôte , qui était plus que gentille avec nous! Merci encore à elle !

Eigenaresse is ontzettend vriendelijk. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte mooi en sfeervol ingericht. Kamers zijn ook lekker comfortabel!

Very good location 600m from North gate of Ancient city. The lady in the reception is very helpful. Lastly it's so quiet at night, you can have a nice sleep after long walking during day

super nice hostel/guest house! the hostess is super friendly and helpfull. cool building nice beds good location! the closest thing to a sovial hostel u will find in pingyao! :)

Super logement. Très joli, propre. Repas possibles sur place, large choix de spécialités à prix très raisonnables. Bon emplacement pas loin de la vieille ville. Et bien sûr le meilleur élément: les hôtes qui sont d’une gentillesse inégalée.

The people who run this are literally the kindest people. Is the bed super comfy? Nope. But literally everything else makes up for it. Laundry,food, everything. I even forgot some clothes and they sent it in a taxi to the train station... I didn't even know I forgot it!

The host was very lovely. Great value considering it was so close to the ancient city. The decorations of the room and the social area were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Jianxin Guesthouse was a highlight from our trip to Pingyao. The owners are kind and welcoming. Facilities are good, rooms comfortable, and you can easily walk to the ancient city. We had freshly made juice, fruits, and vegetables for breakfast, which saved our mornings with a healthy breakfast. I strongly recommend Jiaxin guesthouse for foreigners, as they speak great English! I would definitely come back.

Perfect stay! The owner is so nice and speak really good english. She will be helping you in anything you need so to have a perfect stay. The property is really clean with good facilities and in a perfect location, just 5 minutes walking from the north gate.. totally recommended! The food is also really good
