Hostal Cusco Internacional

If this property could get zero stars it would. There are fake reviews about this property. Check out Google reviews for something more accurate. It has black mold in the bathrooms. There was almost no lock on the door. And no one speaks English at the property. I left after one night of my 4 night reservation because it was terrible

The hostel is in a good location in San blas. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the room is cold , there is currently construction on in the hostel which they didn’t inform us about and it’s so loud in the morning . The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything .

The room was spacious, the WiFi was good and the bed was ok, unfortunately these are the only positives. We booked this hostel based on the excellent scores on Hostelworld, however I have reason to believe that the reviews are not genuine. The bathroom was covered in mould and was extremely damp and difficult to use. The kitchen area was filthy and not really usable. The breakfast was poor and unappetising. We ended up booking a different accomodation for the second night it was that bad.

Buena ubicación y rico desayuno. Nos dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción con una puerta que no se cerraba bien, así que todas las noches y mañanas se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que sucedía en la recepción, difícil dormir bien así. Habían corrientes de aire desde las minúsculas ventanas así que la habitación estaba siempre fría. El agua caliente en la ducha funcionaba muy mal, demoraba mucho en calentarse y a veces a mitad de la ducha dejaba de funcionar.

The taxi that the hostel ordered us overcharged us. The floor wasn’t properly cleaned we found lots of hair on the floor. The breakfast was very simple and the downstairs room was extremely cold.

This hostel was average although in a great location in the neighbourhood of San Blas. We stayed in two rooms: the 3 bed downstairs room by the front door was extremely cold and felt very expensive for what it was. We didn’t have any hot water in the morning whilst the gas was being installed. The staff were helpful but it was difficult to communicate as they did not speak English. Breakfast was average. The top room was much nicer and warmer. I asked for the hostel to order a taxi to the airp...

Overall we had a good stay, the showers were warm most of the time and the staff was really nice. The “kitchen” is more like a little cooking equipment for camping, but we managed to make a few meals. One room really wasn’t that nice, but we got a different one on the second night after mentioning this.

We stayed at this hostel following the Salkantay Trek and unfortunately had the most uncomfortable bed we have experienced throughout South America - so not ideal for wanting to rest for a couple of days. The staff members were pleasant and the location is good

Breakfast- tea, fruit juice, yogurt, bread, butter, ham and cheese were served every morning from 7-9 AM. Rooms- the walls are very thin and some of the windows have gaps so you will hear rain and people walking every night if you are a light sleeper.

The room was basic but fine. However, the window had gaps which firstly made it cold, and secondly allowed masses of noise to come in, particularly from the neighbouring dogs. Our key didn't work and it took them a couple of days to change it. I also cut my head on a low glass shelf.

We had two different stays with different experience. First stay at second floor room was perfect, clean, enough space. Second stay at ground floor was hardly acceptable: horrible bed/matress, small room, old shower without window. Overall the walls are very thin. Nice breakfast and view over Cusco. Staff is very helpful and friendly but speaks only little English.

EL LUGAR ES BONITO Y CÁLIDO, LA HABITACIÓN QUE NOS TOCO TENIA VISTA A LA CALLE LA CUAL ERA TRANQUILA... EL HOTEL ESTA RELATIVAMENTE CERCA DE LA CALLE LOS 7 BORREGITOS Y CERCANO A LA PLAZA DE ARMAS, EL DESAYUNO ESTABA BUENO Y LA ATENCIÓN MUY CORDIAL DEL PERSONAL

La ubicación, el alojamiento fue perfecta!!

Excelente servicio, me agrado bastante, el desayuno es completo incluido con frutas, son muy amables y rous es servicial en todo.. me oriento para tomar los mejores tours MUCHAS GRACIAS sin duda volvería a hospedarme

Great little place, hot showers, friendly staff and perfect location

The hostel location is fantastic! Our street had great shopping and food, I would specifically recommend dinner at Perucho. The room and bathroom my friend and I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, we both specifically appreciated the hot shower as we did not have that in Lima. However, the room was very much not sound proof, we could hear everything happening in the hostel at all times including early morning departures and late night arrivals because the doors close at 10:30PM.

Gran experiencia en mi estadía en Cusco en el Hostal Internacional. Excelente ubicación, desayuno muy rico y variado y la atención A1. Sin duda volveré!!

Buena experiencia, siempre estuvieron atentos y preocupados por mi estancia. Pude disfrutar la tranquilidad y compartir con nuevos amigos. Gracias a todooosss y espero volver pronto.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hostal mejoro mucho desde mi ultima estadía gustosamente me atención el sr armado, felicito que sigan mejorando continuamente. Excelente hostal altamente recomendable.

Bonito hostal local con un hermoso patio. Muy tranquila ubicación a 5 minutos caminando de la Plaza de armas. El personal super amable y servicial. Nos dejaron dejar el equipaje. Agradecido por la atención.
