+ Beautiful location and very peaceful compared to the city. Rooms are great. Well worth a bit of time on the island to chill out. Port Moresby doesn't have anywhere similar. Staff always friendly and helpful. Sometimes a little slow in replying to messages but otherwise they were great.

- There's nothing to dislike really. I would like to see some historical pics around the place, just to show the history there as some of us remember its humble beginnings and this would give the huge reception area a lithle more "soul".

+ Location was excellent. The island feels very safe and secure with a lovely walking track to get some exercise as well as an outdoor gym. Having diving onsite was a real bonus. The transfer and ferry were pretty easy (the transfer was a little late but got sorted in the end) The staff, particularly Paul and Beverly in the restaurant were easy to deal with and quite helpful. Pool and surrounds pretty decent too. The room was comfortable and pleasant to stay in.

+ Staff were amazing and friendly. There was a little spot around the island i loved so much. Just amazing.

- The AC in the room we slept in was horrible. Not cold especially after our walks around the resort, had to cool off outside before going into the room just so we could feel less hot.

+ Really good variety of food, well presented.

- The Food was not very good. The pizza was terrible. They used the wrong cheese. The menu needs an overhaul/improvement. This is supposed to be a resort so the food should be top notch. For the asking price for the food at least the portions should be bigger and taste good.

+ The isolated island felt safe and we could enjoy fresh air and freedom, compared to Port Moresby.

- Nothing

+ The staff is nice and helpful, the place is clean and fantastic and the snorkeling is the best!

- The buggy seems to be high on demand, so we have to wait for a long time.
