- The a/c was dripping the entire night. The shower curtain was damaged and it fell apart. I initially booked this place for 2 instead of 3, I asked if I could pay for the 3rd person upon arrival and I was told that there wouldn’t be a problem. When we arrived I tried to pay for my sister and I was told that I needed to pay a 4% commission that they were being charged for utilizing their clip machine to charge me. Why should I or any paying customer pay for a service that they are offering. If any company decides on providing a service (paying with a credit card) then they should pay for that commission and NOT the customer! If the 4% commission is a recurring problem for them then they shouldn’t offer that option and why would you allow such establishments promote their business on your platform?! This not only speaks badly of them, but you as well. I will NOT be utilizing your services or anyone in my immediate family or friends because of this incident. Not recommending the or you in the future! This experience was extremely disappointing!

- La ubicación, demasiado ruidoso el sector, de verdad difícil para descansar! y no es para quien quiera de verdad relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza, menos para personas tranquilas. Demasiado ruido en todas partes, los restaurantes del malecón parecen hacer competencia por quien pone la música más fuerte! El hostal está recién instalado, muy limpio y los dueños se esmeran, merecen que les vaya bien. Desgraciadamente me tocó una habitación poco acogedora ya que aún le faltaban varios detalles. No recomiendo pagar extra - como hice yo- para tener vista ya que es mejor tener menos ruido en las habitaciones que dan atrás. La vista no vale gran cosa y la playa está casi toda tapada por un local OXXO, que está justo enfrente.

+ Staff extremely friendly and helpful; charming older hotel with lots of character; room very large facing the ocean; location is fantastic just one block off the beach.

- It's no fault of the hotel but it is next to a bar that played very loud music until late into the night (2:30 a.m.). It was difficult to sleep.

+ Lovely small hotel. Friendly staff and people staying there. Great having the shared kitchen and coffee ready and waiting in the mornings. Shared balcony lovely place to sit or lay in a hammock in the mornings and evenings.

+ Location was excellent. Everything including a museum just steps away.

- Quite high price for an apartment which needs some refurbishment (bathroom), cleanliness of the common areas is needed

+ Kleine hostel vlak bij het strand. De kamers zijn ruim. Er is een terras met hangmatten en ruimte waar je kan zitten. Je kan de keuken gebruiken.

+ Location was great. And owners were wonderful Best room ever And the kitchen was great and very handy.
