+ Leaving

- Everything thing, bed are dirty, locks are non-existent at the property, if you pay to choose a room you will be screwed and scammed, and when you inevitably face some horrid problem, which you definitely will, all the numbers for help and employees are disconnected and if you try to contact the property, they will ignore you. Cleaners with no knowledge nor experience are the only employees you will meet and they will be just as helpful and kind as the owner/manager. There also happens to be growing black mold everywhere and there are holes punched in walls and ceilings

- The cleaners a skank, molestered my girlfriend in front of me causing us to break up. Well done Skye you whore.

- Ich war eine Nacht vorort und es war die schlimmste Nacht überhaupt. Hatte einen späten Selbst Check-In, das hat alles problemlos geklappt, als ich jedoch in mein Zimmer gekommen bin habe ich erstmal ein zwei Bett shared room vorgefunden obwohl ein drei Bett shared room gebucht war. Zudem sah es in dem Zimmer absolut schrecklich aus. Überall lagen Zigarettenreste und es hat nach Rauch und Schnupftabak und allgemein nach Tabak gerochen. Auf dem Klo waren kleine Tierchen und uns Haus herum habe ich mich selbst nicht sehr sicher gefühlt. Es ist wirklich schade wenn man als junge Frau ein Dreibettzimmer bucht und dann ein zwei Bett Zimmer mit einem fremden Mann erhält, bei dem Drogenreste zu finden sind. Konnte die ganze Nacht aus Angst nicht schlafen. Nachts habe ich auch immer wieder kleine Käfer in meinem Bett gefunden, nicht sehr hygienisch. Am nächsten Tag wollte ich dies mit der Rezeption klären, allerdings war diese zu den veröffentlichten Öffnungszeiten garnicht offen und man konnte somit niemanden anfinden. Sehr schade. Leider täuschen die Bilder im Internet sehr.

- Filthy, horrible experience with poor instruction, late arriving emails with instructions. Just horrible.

+ Absolutely nothing.

- Firstly, there was no security or safety. During our stay we saw no staff, anyone could walk in to any part of the hostel at any time (which did happen). It took us ages to find our room as there where no signs and there were old men sleeping in 2 out of the 3 beds we had booked which meant we all had to sleep in the same bed. It smelt awful throughout the whole hostel, especially inside the dorm and there where people doing class a drugs in the communal garden. When I contacted the hostel to let them know we felt unsafe and were leaving a night early (requesting to only pay for the night we stayed) they came back with little to no concern whilst being very rude. I am a young female traveller so this was quite disheartening. The situation revolving the money was only sorted after multiple messages and having to call the hostel after leaving. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone.

- Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The accommodation did not feel safe, the surroundings were full of strange people, and overall, I did not feel comfortable there. I do not recommend it.

+ Location was nice and the other people there were nice

- BEDBUGS… I have so many bites and the other people have bites as well

- The online Check didn’t work. No Hostel stuff were available , emergency number didn’t work. We slept the Night on the couch in front of the reception. No keys on the door. Awkward people went in and out.

+ People were friendly.

- They have bed bugs. My entire body is covered in red bites and now I have to find a solution to not take them home to my apartment. Also, the bins in the kitchen weren‘t cleaned so one morning the entire kitchen floor was covered with maggots!

+ Friendly staff. Great hot showers . A/C in bedrooms.Close to food shopping

- Very old . Much need of upgrade . TV didn’t work properly. Insufficient outside signage . No A/C in communal dining areas.

+ Lovely small, family-style hostel, very clean. Rebel is always helpful and incredibly kind. Highly recommended! Simple, clean, and full of positive vibes ☺️

+ 客人們到守規矩沒有在房間內食煙，而且廚房整體上是乾淨，亦都足夠日常使用。公共空間內可以輕鬆溝通。

- 床舖是直接放在地上，而且床褥的彈弓非常硬感覺極度不舒服。接待處是經常關閉，而且沒有冷氣也沒有燈光。戶外空間有時會有人坐在吸煙氣味飄到四處。如果你是凌晨機的話，他們會要求你清空房間，你只能夠留在接待處，那個沒有冷氣、空氣很差的環境等待你的凌晨飛機。而且當天的房間密碼要你催促先至會提供。

- Inmates knew our door code and entered our room without knocking.

+ Im Generellen war es sauber und das Personal war hilfsbereit

- Bettwanzen!!! Es wurde keine Schädlingsbekämpfung vorgenommen, das Bett wurde einfach nur für den nächsten Gast frisch bezogen

+ Was a lot better than expected. People are respectful and helpful. I felt welcomed. My items were safe and the showers are good.

- No complaints everything was good

+ Bathrooms and main areas were clean. Bed was comfy and I liked some extra space near the bed to put my bag.

- Whole house did not have screens so insects could get in. Bathroom window was completely open. Had to find me room, the bathroom and wi-fi password on my own. Main house has had the bare minimum done to it in terms of renovations.

- The bed I could feel the springs, and only 2 bathrooms for 12 pluses people
