They copied my credit card information and stole 3000$ from my bankaccount. Don’t pay with creditcard there. Absolutely not trustworthy

Good location. Bathroom smelled bad.

We unfortunately got unlucky and got a bad room on the 1st floor. Which had no natural light and a view overlooking a water tower and someone doing laundry. It was way overpriced for that imo. Everything else was alright. I think they just need to discount that room.

There were a couple of issues: - the hosts speak lao or vietnamese, not english - they gave us the wrong key but we were able to open our door after some tries, when we told the staff we got the right roomkey - when we left our bags for safe deposit at the reception (which is outside, in facing the alley), the host said she would stay at the reception all the time. When we came back the reception was empty, and she came back after 5 minutes. We then demanded to store it inside a private room

I hate to say anything negative because the owner and staff were the sweetest people! So helpful and accommodating. Helped us book train tickets & tours, had motorbike rentals on site,& gave recommendations. But the room was very outdated & tiny, sheets were not the cleanest (but new one were brought on request). However, probably the best aircon I had in Laos. No social atmosphere if you’re looking to meet people, but somewhere to chill out for a couple of days.

Hôtel correct, le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très attentionné. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec wc séparé, mais les sanitaires et salle de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Une moustiquaire serait une plus.

really nice place and the staff were super helpful in showing me places i could go and booking my train tickets . The room i had was clean and good value for money i definitely would stay again

Cosy family hotel with lovely very helpful hosts and cute kids. Lovely breakfast, peaceful atmosphere, cosy location and romantic rooms. Only negative thingy: bad smell in the bathroom but it was cleaned daily!

Great place to stay. Easy to communicate with reception. Amazing breakfast and the bed very comfortable.

Wonderful family run hostel, very welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful old fashioned wooden interior, quite nice indeed

Great breakfast, great location, great ac. Stay doesn't speak English well and not very helpful with basic tourist needs. But nice, clean, good hostel overall

the staff were great and breakfast was good!! they locked up the bikes at night for extra safety. the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. apart from a few hairs on the bedsheets. there was a night where ants came through a window (they were only small) and one evening were the drains smelt abit. But the guys were great and it was overall a nice stay

Nice guesthouse and definitely worth it for the price! The breakfast was nothing special, but ok, and the rooms were also very spacious. Everything as in the description. You can also book trips at the reception, and there is a little balcony to chill out and have breakfast.

Staff were amazing at this property, so helpful and kind, especially our Vietnamese friend at reception! She was so lovely. rooms were well equiped, clean and spacious. Great value too

Staff were great, Anna was lovely. We enjoyed our stay overall. Bathroom wasn't super clean but that's alright we sorted it out when we arrived. The location was great, in the centre of where everything was happening and the bed was comfortable and huge. Would recommend.
