I’ve never left a bad review ever until now. I had a flight get delayed overnight so I couldn’t make it to Naples. When I called to cancel my reservation they had already charged me & said I should’ve told them earlier that day, which wasn’t possible as my flight got delayed then canceled at 1 am. They refuse to give me my money back with something that was out of my hands & their reasoning was they were “fully booked” when it showed only 2 other people there on the app. Rude on the ...

We booked and when we showed up they told us they had no beds left, the Guy in the reception was nice and tried to help us but he called his boss and he did nothing to try to fix the situation

The Hostel was way too far out for a short trip to Napels for us. The owner wasn’t rude but quite inconsiderate regarding personal space (vacuuming and turning on the very cold ventilator while we were still in bed at a reasonable time). Furthermore, the hostel wasn’t social at all with a totally mismatched group of visitors unlike all other hostels we’ve stayed at before. If you can afford it, go to another hostel in the city centre, we even left earlier than planned.

Woke up covered in itchy bug bites. Do not stay here. The room “Ischia” needs to be checked for insect infestation.

I dont like most of the things it was not worth it to pay a lot of money for this .

No locks on doors, no staff available in the night, there were people yelling and one woman decided to work home office until about 2am with her flashlight on and wouldn't be told to shut up. You can hear the planes flying over pretty clearly. There were bedbugs, and the bunk beds are also squeaky and unstable, you can topple the entire bed just by climbing up the ladder. The facilities are adequate, at least, with a kitchen, balconies, and multiple bathrooms, but I did not get any sleep at all.

It’s a good place to stay if you are not looking for comfort. Might seem smart at first to book a hostel nearby the airport but the cliff and rough lanes to get there are not worth staying at this place. The neighborhood is too dark outside. The place is normal, good people, but not worth.

The location was close to the airport but very far from everything else. The area had a weird vibe to it. Not enough bathrooms for the amount of people. Friendly host but the place had a odd vibe.

Perfect to reach the airport quickly, even on foot, so if your flight departs very early or late it's a good choice. Notice that it's not a real hostel, it's a flat converted into it, but overall it's decent and clean. Also, the receptionist is helpful.

I stayed there for a night, because I had an early flight the next day. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was fine for that, but if you’re staying longer I wouldn’t recommend it, because the area isn’t great and also the room faced to the street so it was quite noisy and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

It was nice! It was a long walk from the train station— Unico Campani can help you find an affordable bus or taxi btw. The shower also had no soap and the water was freeeeezing. Everything else was fine though! I had one roommate each night, both were nice. The bed was comfortable and wasn’t squeaky. The staff were nice. The lockers weren’t huge, but big enough for a backpack. Overall, nice.

La zona no se ve muy linda. No se que tan segura sea de noche. Queda alejada del centro pero cerca del aeropuerto. El recepcionista, si bien era muy amable, se metía en la habitación a prender el aire, apagar las luces, etc. cosas que me parecen que no le correspondían, y son los mismo de la habitación los que deben organizarse.

The space was large and clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly. the facilities were good, with access to a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, getting around via public transport was really difficult and required several buses to get to a the city centre. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, but it was not a socialising hostel ie no events organised or advertised etc.

Muy lindo el hostel, zonas comunes ok. Ubicación fea, si es para estar cerca del aeropuerto va perfecto, por una noche, más no!

Great hostel and great clean facilities. Location isn’t great, buses didn’t arrive when scheduled, so ended up walking 40 mins from the train station. The area it’s in, for a young female traveller didn’t feel very safe. If the buses worked (maybe I got it wrong) it would be perfect.

Mi estancia en el hostel fue muy buena, todo siempre está muy limpio, las camas son muy cómodas. El ambiente es bueno. Recomiendo el lugar!

El lugar está muy cercano al aeropuerto de Nápoles, sin problema llegué y me fui caminando. El personal súper amable, el chico que me recibió fue muy atento y en todo momento cordial. El lugar muy limpio, con varios baños, las instalaciones en general bien. Solo que la litera la sentí insegura, se movía mucho. Tuve problema para conectar mi adaptador para tomar corriente eléctrica, pero le dije al chico de recepción y de inmediato me ayudó. Por si les pasa el logra colocarlo bien.
