La verdad es que tenía todo el potencial para que fuera una hermosa estadía pero empezaron los problemas: Las piezas tienen muy poco hermetismo de ruido, todo lo que pasa afuera se escucha adentro. La música del restorán, las conversaciones de la gente. Pero lo peor fueron los huéspedes de la pieza de al lado que escucharon reggeatón e invitaron personas externas al hotel a tomar, avisamos de esto en recepción y no hicieron nada al respecto, la música c

El hostal es correcto, aunque carece de espacios comunes. Es difícil encontrarlo porque no se llama Fidelísima, sino hostal El Rosario. Dimos muchas vueltas hasta poder encontrarlo por pura casualidad.

Beautiful hostel in historic building and friendly staff. But beware the kitchen is not available for the guests to use, we had to ask to be able to cook once with special permission. Also the included breakfast is quite small (1 scrambled egg and bread)

The building is beautiful and right at the main square. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and basic but it has everything you need including a hot shower. There is a nice café inside with the best coffee. However at breakfast the coffee at breakfast was far off that quality served besides a small portion of eggs.

Fue una de mis mejores estancias viajando sola, les agradezco muchisimo a todo el personal y en particular a don Fernando yNicole, siempre están dispuestos para ayudar y consagrarnos tiempo!!!

Alojamiento histórico, lugar de época, original, frente a la plaza! Abstenerse inconformistas y tiquismiquis!

The staff were super nice. I took an overnight bus and arrived in the morning, and they let me check in right away and even provided breakfast. Fernando, in particular, gave me excellent itinerary suggestions, allowing me to avoid returning to Chachapoyas to retrieve my luggage. He arranged for it to be sent directly to Cocachimba and gave me very detailed directions. I really like this clean and cozy place, and the breakfast was also very delicious.

Tuvimos una estadía muy linda. El lugar esta bien mantenido y el servicio puntual y amigable. Lo único que no tuvimos fue wifi en el cuarto. La señal fue muy débil y tuvimos que usar el wifi de la sala comunal.

we had a realley nice experience in this hostel. the beds and the shower was realley good. it is located at plaza armas and you can have a realley nice vieuw over it. we did a trekking tour with carlos the hostel owner the best thing we did, he knows so mutch about the region and has wants the best for the region we stayed at lokal famillie and we went thruw the rainforest up the mountains. we had so mutch fun. the sfaff and the hostel is realley nice. we enjoyed every moment we were here

A beautiful and typical colonial house with courtyard; right in front of the town square. The owner Carlos is very friendly, helpful and foreseeing, so is the staff ! Hot water available!

Excelente alojamiento. Con la ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad, el personal de atención siempre pendiente de lo que necesitas y con trato muy cálido.
