- No tienen agua caliente, no ofrecen un cafe o te de bienvenida. No habia forma de hacer un te, sin tazas ni utensillos. La ubicación es peligrosa.

- Wished I knew before that hostal is in Pedestrian street. Meaning a taxi cannot bring you there. You need to walk 5 minutes in a rather sketchy street worrying for your belongings. Also, difficult to locate. Luckily I had a InDrive driver who went above and beyond and helped me trying to contact the property (unresponsive) and then search for it on the pedestrian street.. Hostal totally unresponsive. They indicate a WhatsApp number, phone number and mail on booking. However on WhatsApp you just get an automated reply that 'they are not available right now'. And on the messages and oy phoning they don't answer at all. Also needed to ring a long time before they opened. Lots of stairs going up and down. So if there is no one to help, you'll suffer. If you're lucky, when you leave and someone is at the reception they might help you carry your suitcase. Shower only cold water. They charged me twice, once in cash on arrival and some days later on my card. So I came back to talk to them and they were giving excuses. No liquid soap, only hard soap. No drinking water dispenser.

Room given was towards hallway and a seating and eating area. So super noisy! Plus the window faces towards the hallway. So annoying light getting into the room, but no fresh air! Shower only cold water. Stayed in hostal 1 previous night and they charged me twice, once in cash and once some days later on my card. So when I came back had to talk to them and they were giving excuses. Lots of stairs going up and down. So if there is no one to help, you'll suffer. - Ants in the bed, no electric plugs around, missing water in the room, cleaning, position was good but the hotel street was not the safest

+ The location is extremely close to all the night life in Casco Viejo. The staff was great

- The pictures are very VERY deceiving. The room almost looked like nothing in the photo. No hot water. The window cannot be closed so hot air and mosquitoes come in all night.

- The air conditioner stopped three times in five days (31 degree heat) and I had to ask to have it turned on. One electrical outlet in the room and high on the wall and behind TV so difficult to charge phone. Electric outlet in bathroom didn’t work.

+ Nettes Personal, Supermarkt mit atm direkt gegenüber, Perfekt für eine Nacht im Panama, Eigenes Bad im Zimmer mit Handtüchern ist super Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten, aber für den Preis macht es genau das was es soll

+ It was simple, perfect, quiet and clean. And that is more than enough if you're on the streets the part of the day you're not sleeping. From the outside no luxury or shining gold, but from the inside just perfect for us. Value for money. Not the most luxurious area, but safe and part of Panaman life.

+ The staff Richard and co are great . If you cannot speak English its ok because they do ) I like the location and yhe back rooms are very very quiet although at night the whole place is quiet and its a safe location in the middle of a hussling shopping pedestrianised area . Every food and clothes shopping uou can think of with great prices. Street food sippermarkeat banks clothes shops . Although at 6 it gets quite just a few food places open to eat local foods and great bakery that saty open late . It's only a 5 min walk from the old town of casco veijo . Really love this area of santa ana . If you walk down the hill behind the hotel you are in the fisherman's qarf where the fish market foods are second to none . Yeah I love it hear

- Nothing not to like if you are happy with a large clean comfy room with toilet and shower with a lobby that has a micro wave large fridge and coffee facilities. Snacks available with 24 hour service. Someone always at hand to help you

+ Hospitable and friendly staff. Happy to speak Spanish to my girlfriend who is learning.

+ The location and the price . Safe gate quiet at night as its in a shopping area so nice and peaceful sleep In the day lots of hustle and bussle witch i love

+ Es hat für meine Ansprüche tatsächlich alles gepasst. Ich bin allein gereist und habe keine allzu hohen Ansprüche. Zutritt und Buchung waren einfach, mit Zimmer und Bad war ich zufrieden. ich mochte die Lage, kaum 100m weiter weg und es ist touristisch. Hier fühlte sich alles authentisch panamanian an.
