I would not call this a hostel. It is a two bed apartment with bunkbeds in one room and twin beds in the other. General apartment was run down and unkept. Bedding had hair and skin from previous visitors. Bathroom was gross. Value for money was poor. Location was fine, really close to the bus station.
A hostel should be clean, comfortable and communicative. This place fails in all three. The worst of it was when I opened the door of the communal bathroom in the morning and found a random man on the toilet with his trousers round his ankles — not sure if he didn’t lock it or there wasn’t a lock in the first place. Either way, left me feeling scarred. My final disappointment was that there was no bedside lamp as promised in the listing; that was an additional blow.
Its not a hostel, its a flat where someone put beds in two rooms. No atmosphere at all. Close to the bus station.
The most unfriendly person I have ever encountered for a very barebones room. Not worth the money, location is ok tho

The hostel owner was very unpolite and unfriendly. Hygiene also left a lot to be desired, as did the general upkeep of the building. they had an airco which was ok. Sadly the atmosphere was lacking, we didn't meet anyone else during our stay. it seemed like the hostel owner tried to get €10 extra from us. Location wise it was fine, there were some good bars and restaurants nearby, easily walkable. the hostel owner was just not nice though. Overall conclusion: Don't bother
Rundowned, dirty facility in 1960 eastern europe style. Its just an usual apartment converted into a "hostel". Pretty much mould in our room. Not cleaned. Atmosphere isn't good at all. Do not recommend - unfortunately, it seems to be the only hostel in Podgorica.
Wir sind um 22:50 nach einer verspäteten Bus reise angekommen und mussten mit allen Mitteln kämpfen um unser reservierten Plätze zu bekommen. Erste Nachricht vom Hostel per SMS “We are close”, erst nach weiterem Nachhacken und Läuten wurde die Tür geöffnet und wir wurden ohne weitere Erklärung ins Zimmer gebracht. Laut den Informationen des Hostels ist ein Einchecken bis 23:00 normal möglich und bis 23:30 ist jemand zu erreichen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht...
We arrived at 22:50 after a late Bus journey and had to fight with all means to get our reserved seats. first message from the Hostel via SMS We are close, only after further hacking and Lauten the Door was opened and we were taken into the Room without further explanation. according to the information of the Hostels is an Check-in until 23:00 normal possible and until 23:30 is someone to reach. the price-performance ratio does not fit at all!
Place felt unsafe, unclean, bathroom was not on photo descriptions. In the middle of what felt like an unsafe area- not worth value for money
I’ve stayed at hostels for half the price that are 10 times as good. This hostel is mediocre and the staff is rude. An older man runs the hostel and he greets you at the door and shows you the room before leaving - you will never see him again until checkout. The day of checkout, the older man began yelling at me, closed a door in my face, and was just overall rude because I apparently didn’t leave soon enough (even though his son told me I could wait in the lobby until my bus time). El hostel como tal esta bien, pero faltaria una buena limpieza en el baño, la habitación es pequeña pero cumple con su función, además hay aire acondicionado por si hace frio o calor. Esta situado cerca de la estación de buses lo cual es perfecto si se necesita ir alla pronto por la mañana o se llega tarde y queda a 10-15 minutos del centro, pero el paseo es ameno y no es peligroso. El dueño te recibe y te ayuda si te hace falta en cualquier cosa.
The hostel as such is fine, but would lack good cleaning in the bathroom, the room is small but fulfills its function, plus there is air conditioning whether it is cold or hot. it is located near the bus station which is perfect if you need to go early in the morning or arrive late and is 10-15 minutes from the center, but the walk is pleasant and not dangerous. the owner welcomes you and helps you if you need anything.
Right next to bus station so that's why I stayed there. The bed was comfortable but the place is quite dirty, good for a night when you have a bus the following day.

Staff were very helpful. Kitchen felt incomplete. Bathroom seemed like it could use a deep clean. My room was very clean, and bed was quite comfy. Great locker space. Good stay, would recommend for Podgorica
I stayed only one night. On side: Family stay vibe, the dorm on 3rd floor is basically an apartment It has everything essential: full kitchen, bathroom (paid washing machine), living room, balcony Super close to bus/train station, easy to find following map A local restaurant featuring meat dishes around the corner Off side: No proper reception if that matters to you: just wait outside the owners family door Kitchen a bit greasy Dorm can be tiny for big guys (watch your head)
Spent 5 nights. Owner lent me an adaptor until I could buy one after mine broke. Common room and kitchen were nice.

Dino 10/10 Host! Feels like an Airbnb, not a hostel! If you’re looking for a chilled, not overly social stay this is the one.
Close to the bus station and the old town. Reasonably social since it’s so small. Was checked in by a woman who didn’t speak English. She put me in the 2 bed room even though I had booked the 4 bed dorm (but whatever) and told me another girl would be joining me later. I went to bed early since I was traveling all day and then was awoken at 8pm by the man who runs the hostel saying I was in the wrong room and needed to change. No apologies, he seemed to blame me for their mistake.
It’s ok if you want somewhere for just a stopover which i did. But it’s not at all a social hostel. Located well in the old town though. And the staff were kind.
The person who welcomed us didn't speak English. In my opinion, in a place like this, we should have been received in a more professional manner.The photos don’t accurately reflect reality. The private room we stayed in was really small. There were very few power outlets in the room. Everything in the apartment was quite old.Cleanliness was not satisfactory. Truly pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and modernly equipped, with a perfect location – peaceful, yet close to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and offer great recommendations for things to see in Podgorica. Excellent value for money. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in the capital of Montenegro..
Non è un ostello ma una camera in appartamento. Il bagno era sporco, le lenzuola impolverate. Posizione ottima, ma la sistemazione era ben diversa dalla descrizione che abbiamo letto.
It's not a hostel but a room in an apartment. the bathroom was dirty, the sheets were dusted. great location, but the accommodation was quite different from the description we read.
Close to the train station and cheap, however it isn’t really a hostel. It is just a flat with two rooms. The partner was run-down and not really what we expected from some of the pictures.

I discovered this place at the last minute (after not being able to find the place I booked through another site). Every recommendation, friendly hostess, quiet, clean. I will come again...
The owner was understandable and reasonable to allow me to stay in the common room for a couple of hours after I checked out of my private room. Just ask him beforehand about staying around.
Hostel was cheap, check in was fairly simple and easy. It is very much an apartment with bunk beds, door was unlocked and I let myself in. Quiet, not the cleanest but it’s a cheap hostel in the city so shouldn’t expect all too much. Late checkout was €11 and I stayed until around 6pm for a bus.
