Basic but extremely clean, very friendly and a very good base for exploring. We had drive around Snowdonia, lunch in Beddgelert and back to the campsite...then a £20 taxi up into caernarfon with Sion from Tacsi Huw who was excellent 👍

Friendly owner and a well - appointed bunkhouse. Good proximity to all the Snowdon walks and scenery.

We stayed for one night in our SWB campervan. £20 (cash only) for two people. Basic campground with clean showers (not push button) and toilets. No electricity, disposal or WiFi. Very quiet site and friendly owner.

Okay campsite, simple facilities. Karen kindly let us reschedule our stay however staying in the off season did mean the grass was very long which Karen apologised for, it meant for an extra wet and soggy stay. Also if you're camping note that you are pretty much in the garden of the house so it does not feel very remote. Stars were good. No benches or good places to do a fire pit but again this was influenced by being there in wet September. There was a fire pit but I found it confusing to use,...

We arrived at this bunkhouse at the end of day 1 of cycling the length of Wales. There was one room with 16 beds. The beds were all touching eachother and mattresses could do with updating. The showers and toilets were separate from the room but were clean and ample. There was plenty of bike storage and the service was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. Everything was kept super clean. The surrounding natural environment is very beautiful. The bus system is an alright way of getting around.

Well-equipped bunkhouse with a good spacious kitchen area for socialising and nice showers. Great venue for a group gathering.

Very good for budgeted holiday in Wales if you have little money and good friends good for big groups even with dogs 🐕 this is good camping style clean converted barn.

A quiet, small, well located site. Neil and Karen are very welcoming. We arrived many years ago as strangers and left as friends!

Lovely quiet location near llanberis... we stayed in our camper just for a few days piece and quiet and it didn't disappoint.... pitch black at night and silent.... toilets and showers 🚿 are basic but do the job just fine... nice sink with hot water for washing up... we've stayed at places that have had nothing so this was fine with us.. we will visit again... good prices per person per night, their are also about 12 camping pitches for tents. Host is lovely and very accomadating.. Thank you ...

Stayed here with 6 mates on a motorcycle tour of Wales. Excellent.
