The Clock Inn

It's impossible to get any sleep at this hostel. It's located right next to tram tracks with trams passing CONSTANTLY, even throughout the night. Every tram sounds like a freight train and makes the bed shake from the vibrations. The old windows do nothing to block out the noise. On top of that, other guests were loud late at night, talking and slamming doors. To make matters worse, there's no air conditioning, and the rooms were unbearably hot. One of the worst hostels I've ever stayed at.

WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT STAY FOR FREE! Everything about this place if off. Elevator is broken, and stairs are steep. Its noisey but the party is still lame. It is super dirty, super un safe. The staff is rudest ever. Bed sheets smell. Prague has some great hostels at good prices right on old town square. So location does not justify the price. It is literally the worst place i have stayed at.

nice location and kitchen was practical with a really cool terrace but the staff were kinda rude, the trams were really loud as they went past, the paint was falling off the walls, the beds were unstable and there was mould on the ceiling of the showers. don’t recommend for a long stay

The worst hostel I've stayed in, tram lines constantly shaking the building from about 6am-midnight, no hot water for a couple days and then no water at all one morning! Bar was never open so lacking socialisation. Lift was also broken. Sinks in kitchen broken. Would not recommend !!!!! staff were ok and view from the balcony was pretty good but that was about it really. the Aussie lad who volunteers there was lovely I will say, otherwise very disappointed

Rude staff at check in. Hostel has a lot of potential but needs updating in rooms and bathrooms need new doors and a good clean.

it was great, everything was clean, pretty close to the center and everyone i met was nice . definitely reccomend. the atmosphere was fantastic

My girlfriend is studying in Prague, and I came to visit her. I chose this hostel because it was near by her dorm. I was kicked out because she came to sleep with me. The staff at the front desk was extremely rude to her and made her cry at 6 am in the morning when she was leaving for class. I had 3 days remaining in my stay and wasn’t granted a refund. I was given 20 minutes to “pack my s*** and leave”. Horrible experience

El edificio es antiguo, la pieza de 4 era pequeña, en el locker no caben maletas ni mochilas, los baños no tenian cortinas y se mojaba todo, no había ambiente para conocer a otras personas si es que viajas solo, la ubicación si era buena. No volveria a ir

The Clock Inn was great! Great location for walking throughout the city and for nightlife. Clock Inn was always clean and I was never worried about my safety! Highly recommend!

Everything was great, there were some cleanliness incidents with other guests that were cleaned by hostel staff very quickly

Douche bouchée. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. Sinon très bien.

The Receptionist's were very Kind and uncomplicated. However the american barkeeper was very obnoxious and sort of insufferable. It had nothing to do with the fact that he was gay, but it also didnt help. The Overall Experience was Great. You get your money worth.

Great hostel experience bathrooms were super clean, not many people were in the common areas when I was there.

The place was absolutely amazing, Me and my friend stayed here for a short trip over Easter. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, whilst in a really convenient location to walk to many places easily with plenty to do nearby.

for a 1st solo travel, it was real cool and ppl are great aswell. rooms and bathrooms were clean

I had a private room and it was great. Although it gets really hot. The people in reception were friendly and helpful. The shower lights turn off randomly so you have to keep opening the shower door to turn the lights back on. The hostel wasn’t far from anything. Really easy to get to. The property itself it quite old but it does the job.

It’s a good hostel but not the best I’ve stayed in, I think it’s not great for couples in private rooms are the space isn’t great, and you don’t have access to a private bathroom, only shared across the hall. We felt the room was a bit cramped. Probably better suited if you’re staying as a group in a larger room.

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. They kindly accommodated a slightly early check-in without any additional charge, which we truly appreciated. We went in the off season so maybe that’s on us - room wasn’t very clean, place was a bit old, but they had a group chat with recommended places that was super helpful

Great location and the dorms were kept nice and clean. Because of the lay out the social spaces are on the top floors which don’t invite guests to mix.
