Accueil glacial porte qui grince et nous réveille toute la nuit nous avons réservé une chambre 6 place plutôt que le dortoir mais cette chambre n’existe pas et nous étions dans le dortoir

The location is really great, though dont get fooled, i rented a bed in a room that was listed as a 6 person room, it was not. I was a big dorm with like 25 people which i did not enjoy. Very hot during the night. I overall enjoyed the stay but it is really expensive for what it is. They should at least be honest in their listings……..

Horrible smell everyday, not clean enough.

Cool sind die digitalen Features, die den Check-In und Out sehr einfach machen. Trotzdem schlafen bis zu 28 (!) Personen in einem Raum. Die Luftqualität ist insbesondere nachts nicht gut und wird durch eine große Lüftungsanlage aufrecht erhalten. In der Küche gibt es kein Kochfeld und auch kein Koch-Equipment. Man kann nur sein Fast Food von draußen essen, es werden keine Zubereitungsoptionen geboten. Die Bäder sind zwar sauber, wirken aber schon sehr abgerockt.

We had originally booked our two night stay from the 31st of July to the 2nd of august. A couple months prior we changed it to the 30th until the 1st. Upon arrival, we found out the the worker who had changed the booking, moved it to the 1st until the 30th of September. Along with getting the order wrong, he also got the month wrong. We were told that they had no room for us in the hostel, and all they could do was refund us. So they left us alone, with nowhere to stay, and no compensation.

Hostel is a disaster! The dorm with 30-40 people had only 1 SINK & 1 TOILET there! If you get into the toilet you couldn’t wash your hands as someone would be brushing their teeth! There are 2 more toilets miles away downstairs, great when you’re dying to go! The hostel then puts lockers down stairs miles away too! If they had any intelligence they would have designed the drawers by your bed with same technology as the lockers or have fitting’s for padlocks. Farts can be heard all night lo...

This hostel should have more stars. Awesome location, free tea/coffee, great air in the room. Your bed has both USB and plug and a TV screen with headphones. Big cupboards for luggage and a droer under your bed. Might have to do with holiday seson in Aug but £70 pr night for 1 bed shared with more then 20 people is insane. Shuld grease doorehandle to room and add a softer close for door 2 upstairs. You really hear it slamming every time someone comes or goes. Maybe put a lock on drawers?

I would like to start with the staff were lovely and very helpful. Considering this was 100 euros a night the standard was not up to value. The kitchen and bathrooms were dirty, the bathrooms had mold on the roof and the fridge was so dirty and smelt.

On est arrivé à 19h et il n'y avait pas de personnel Le code donné par email ne fonctionnait pas. Ce sont d'autres clients qui nous ont fait rentrer

A fantastic, modern and clean hostel. The location is very close to bus/train stations and the city centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hostel is very quiet and people keep to themselves, so not much of an atmosphere or socialising but everyone was polite and respectful of the peace. Would happily stay again.

Problem j ai aperçu qu on m a volé mon appareil auditif qui est dans mon ecrin sur un petit meuble au dessus de mon lit qui m a bloqué mon besoin d entendre pendant 7jrs me rend pénible de rien entendre.....et c est vital pour moi

Super good location, close to train station and bus that takes u to the airport and close to the beach, restaurants, etc… the hostel was super clean with kind workers that would clean thoroughly everyday and even change your sheets every few days. They also had a coffee machine which was really nice along with a fridge, kettle, and microwave. I only wish they had a stove to cook.

L'auberge est super bien située. Les lits sont très confortables et l'espace nuit est calme. Le seul bémol c'est le manque de plaques de cuisson. Il n'y a que 2 micro-ondes. Il n'est pas possible de cuisiner. Café, thé, tisane à volonté, ce qui est très appréciable.

Absolutely loved this stay! The bed nooks were so cozy, private & well equipped! The only downfall is there was no stovetop in the kitchen. Not much of a social hostel, but definitely a nice place to stay.

O melhor hostel que já fiquei na minha vida, a casita é maravilhosa, tem espaço confortável para ficarmos e com total privacidade, fui recebia até com chocolate o que denota profissionalismo e serviço exclusivo, fornecem iPad e fone de ouvido, a mala fica guardada em um armário com fechadura eletrônica onde só você tem acesso, tudo limpo, fácil check-in sem burocracia nenhuma super rápido. Amei é recomendo, obrigada!

¡Súper recomendable! El personal es encantador y los espacios cómodos, limpios y modernos. Din duda una muy buena opción para dormir en Donosti.

It was great. I had an amazing time. It was clean and you had your own personal space. The only thing was that compared to outside I was freezing sometimes, because the AC was so high. I just pack long pants and another sweater and you will be fine.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Clean, the common area was organized and clean, and the bed was private and very comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Super impersonal looks like a dystopian futuristic hostel but I loved it! So comfy the beds toilets always clean and the kitchen with a lot of good stuff. The only time I saw workers they were super lovely :)
