+ Location.
- 1. There was an absolutely disgusting smell of drains in my room, which was impossible to get rid of. 2. The room was not warm enough despite the heating being on full and the window being closed. The heating is limited to 23°. I was only just warm enough. 3. At 1 am yesterday morning there were a group of drunken lads running up and down the corridor on the third floor banging on peoples doors. At 1am. I suppose this is the difference between staying in a hostel under a hotel.
+ I stay at this place each yearly when I‘m in Copenhagen and all have been the past times it was really a good place to be at.
- The CREW seems not to like their job. They are unfriendly and only speaks to guest in a very unpolite and arrogant tone.
+ vol au sein de ma chambre pour des produits de beauté, et aucune aide de la part du personnel, la seule réponse c'est débrouiller vous ! on ma aussi dit que j'aurai du mettre toute mes affaires sous cadenas ce qui est impossible vu la taille du minuscule casier et oui, on vous vend le cadenas c'est surement pas fourni ou preté (on ne prévient pas non plus), en bref à fuir si vous tenez à vos affaires

- Camere minuscole e dalle foto non sembrano, nemmeno una mensola o una sedia per poggiare la borsa, piuttosto un letto letteralmente incastrato tra le pareti della stanza, scarsa pulizia, phon poco funzionante e se chiedi un asciugamano in più te lo fanno pagare.
