Hobnob Hostel

+ 完全不推薦這間青年旅館，原本訂了三晚，但住了兩晚就直接訂另外一間旅館去住了，大家可以參考下列不推薦的原因。 I don't recommend this hostel at all, I originally booked for 3 nights, but after 2 nights, I booked another hostel directly, you can refer to the following reasons why I don't recommend it:

- 1.第一天入住房間全是中國女生，並且問我覺得台灣是不是屬於中國的，一直碰觸敏感話題，讓我非常不舒服，隔天我反應給工作人員，他們答應幫我換房間，也跟我保證只有一位中國人，但事實上一樣全是中國人，並且我得知房間會因為種族而區分，這完全是一間有歧視的青年旅館。 2.連續兩個晚上完全沒有熱水可以洗澡，並且空間非常狹小，吹頭髮時位置位於門口，所以時常會被別人嚇到或嚇到人，非常困擾。 3.床是鐵製的，非常吵，只要移動就會有聲音。 4.早餐免費，但非常普通。建議大家可以多多比價看看其他間青年旅館，性比價更高更好。 1. The first day I entered the room was full of Chinese girls, and asked me if I thought Taiwan belonged to China, and kept touching on sensitive topics, which made me very uncomfortable. The next day I responded to the staff, and they promised to change my room, and also assured me that there was only one Chinese, but in fact it was the same full of Chinese, and I learned that the rooms would be differentiated on the basis of race, which makes it a totally discriminatory youth hostel. 2. There was no hot water to take a shower for two nights in a row, and the space was very small, and the hair dryer was located at the doorway, so I was often scared or intimidated by other people, which was very disturbing. 3. The beds are made of iron, very noisy, as long as you move, there will be sound. 4. Breakfast is free, but very ordinary. I suggest you to compare the prices of other youth hostels for a better price/performance ratio.

+ Location is convenient

- On the day before check-out, I discovered bed bugs in the room. I immediately messaged the property through the website to report the issue. While I initially thought it was manageable, I’ve been experiencing persistent itching and discomfort ever since — it’s now been about a week. This has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I hope the management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects and treats the room to prevent this from happening to future guests.

+ Desayuno rico.

- No es el ambiente más simpático en comparación con lo que se puede encontrar en Tailandia. El baño se encuentra en la cuarta planta, escasos para la gente que aloja y muy incómodos para las necesidades de un hostel. Agua fría en las duchas y ambiente un poco frío en general…

+ It provided plenty of compimentry snacks,tea, coffee and water. Plus free breakfast

- I found the staff to be unpleasant.

+ Centrally located

- Rude and inconsiderate staff, especially the lady sitting at the check in counter.

+ Localização excelente. Café da manhã ( apesar de não poder considerar um café) 1 item a escolher e snacks disponíveis.

- Poucos banheiros. (3 pias, 2 chuveiros e 2 cabines) para todas as mulheres. A má vontade dos funcionários, sempre de cara fechada para quem não era asiático. (Tratamento totalmente diferente). 13h41 pedi para verificar a possibilidade de Check-in ( que seria às 14h), o funcionário nem verificou se seria possível, só falou que não e que estava ocupado de forma bem rude. Hostel muuuuuuito barulhento com festa até tarde, impossível relaxar. Minha fronha estava fedida, não achei muito limpo em getal. A cama terrível, a mais dura que dormi na Tailândia. A sensação era de ter deitado no chão com um lençol. Locker minúsculo na cama, para ter um locker maior tem que pagar 100 baths, ainda assim não cabe uma mochila média. Bom, não me senti confortável. Fico feliz por ter reservado 1 noite apenas, pois estava a caminho de Pai.

+ The free breakfast was nice and the beds provided a good amount of privacy.

- The bathrooms were pretty bad, many things broken, dirty and there was not always toilet paper. Overall, too small as well. The WiFi was pretty much non-existent, I switched to mobile data pretty quickly because it just wasn’t working. Also weird vibe in the hostel, people didn’t really talk with each other.

+ スタッフのみなさん笑顔で迎えてくれて何かあったらすぐに対応してもらえました。 サンデーマーケットから近く、コンビニやATMも近くにあり、ワットプラシンからも近くロケーションは良かったです。 一食だけ朝食が付いていたのですが、すごく美味しかったです。 美味し過ぎて朝から幸せでした。

- 南京虫がたくさんいました。 最初の部屋のカーテンを登っているのを発見し、嫌な予感がして床を見たら何匹も歩いてました。 次の日にスタッフに部屋を変えてもらいましたが、次の部屋でも南京虫がスーツケースをつたって歩いているのを見かけてこの宿のどこの部屋にもいるんだと思い、もうこのまま滞在するのは無理だと思い、他のホテルを予約して出ました。 おかげですごい刺されて帰国してから病院に行きました。 バスルームにものすごい量の髪の毛が落ちてて気持ち悪かったです。 昼間はエアコンが切られるのと、共用スペースは常にノーエアコンなので暑い。

+ 员工很热情。设计挺漂亮。

- 整栋建筑在9am-2pm期间没有空调，有一天上午结束后回来休息，不到1pm，于是忍受了超过一个小时三十几度高温下没有空调的空间，房间里是没有任何其他制冷器具的，人快晕倒。 步行上下楼。 提供免费水但是不提供水瓶。 储物柜相当小，床上也没有置物架，比较不方便。四人间的空间也很小。 床不靠墙，上下铺的灯光会互相渗透，东西也会掉。 走廊有一节完全没灯。 洗浴设备不太好用。 洗手间没有擦手纸。

+ The hostel is located at the heart of the old city, many restaurants all around, tourist spots walkable. Really enjoyed the cozy rooms, staff were really nice. I went during songkran and they had a setup to enjoy outside the property. Food is great. The stay was worth the money spent. Will definitely come back again.

+ 滞在中ペットボトルのお水が付いてくる事がとてもよかったです！立地もよくおすすめ。

- シャワーの出が悪いのと温度がぬるいのがちょっと残念ですが特に問題なしです。 また2段ベットの上は上がるのが少し大変です！若いなら問題ないです！

+ Good! Hostel within a coffee, very good staff and living space! The room was also nice !! Good breakfast!!

+ Wonderful place to stay in heart of Chiang Mai. Walking distance to everything in old town. It was very quiet and peaceful.

+ Localisation, propreté, calme, personnel agréable.

+ Beautiful location, very good atmosphere and very clean

- They don’t offer free towel for shower

- The problem with the bunk beds was that every movement made the whole bunk move and wake you up! Perhaps changing the bunk bed system to one with wooden partitions and making it more rigid would prevent this. The top bunk was difficult to access because the ladder was so straight and dangerous.

+ It was a genuinely lovely place & the kind & genuine staff really care for there guest its a quite spacious & big especially the bathrooms which have everything you need including hair drying & free shampoo & shower gel , also what makes it special is its actually quite clean which goes along way .

- The only major complaint is the dorms are quite small / with 12 bed dorms its quite smaller because of the amount or people coming in & out at night especially, the only only other complaint is the top bed are quite high up so if you have trouble climbing up or you dont like heights its a problem.
