+ nothing, worst experience
- rooms, cleaniness, no towel, no linen change for second day, overall cleaniliness worst, never visit agian, worst in clenaing and no comfort,

- Not properly clean, noisy at night. The breakfast not worth the money paid, it’s just a scam through the early booking. They ask to book for cheap amount if we pre-book. It would have been better if we check on the day itself and we wouldn’t have wasted money for such crap and less option food.. even the coffee was cold like ice…

- The hotel did not meet our expectations. We specifically booked a separate room with 4 beds so that only our group would stay there. In the end, we received a very worn-out, empty, extremely small room. We had to buy towels and slippers ourselves (this was mentioned in advance, but it was still unpleasant). There was not only no kettle or microwave in the room — there were not even cups or a bottle of water. In the bathroom there wasn’t even a shelf for soap or toiletries (only hooks). The only liquid soap/shampoo was located in the room near the sink, meaning there was none in the bathroom at all — a truly “brilliant” solution. At night, the heating is forcibly turned off, and the room becomes very cold. Overall, the room was dirty and all the furniture was heavily worn. The internet was poor throughout the entire hotel, in all areas. On the last night, there was a party so loud that our furniture was literally shaking until around 3 a.m. If you add up the cost of everything we had to buy ourselves, it would have been much cheaper to rent an apartment or a room in another hotel for four people. We are very disappointed.

- Everything. This place is absolutely disgusting, dirty and so run down. I made the decision not to stay here and booked a hotel round the corner. I would never allow my baby son to stay in such a horrible place.

Auberge bien située, chambres modernes et assez fonctionnelles. quand on est au 2eme etage on entend vraiment bcp la musique les soirs de fête mais sinon très bien. Les toilettes et la douche sont dans la chambre ! Je recommande en tant que voyageuse solo

I have stayed at Generator Copenhagen many times in the past. It is my first choice when looking for accommodation in Copenhagen. I will stay again there in a few days.
staff were so nice specially one lady who showed me my room and said that i can take free coffee because of my birthday :)) so thank you very much for your kindness
Stayed in many hostels and this is a rarity I wouldn't bestow upon most places - but I don't think any solo traveller should stay here. Read the reviews - no socialising, pay for everything, NO KITCHEN. Beds are clean but that's about it going for it. Corridors are gross, sink in the room makes it impossible for people to get ready quietly, toilets and shower had grimey floors. Anyone can come in to the building (the lift is key card access but the stairs aren't!). No lounge space either. Not ok
Super ! Une cuisine équipée ou un micro-ondes aurait été génial mais l’hostel est très bien situé et à une distance de marche de tous les points touristiques. 2 magasins sont à proximité et ouverts jusque 21 et 22h et il y a un beau parc où se poser au soleil à 5min à pied.
The Hostel is very basic so all in all ok for the price. In order to store your luggage before check in oder after check out you have to pay for renting a locker. In order to fit a medium sized bag the big locker is the only option and either you rent the locker for 1 h, 6h or a whole day. I also missed more options to chill outside your room. There were just few benches and outside food wasn’t allowed to eat there which I don’t get in a hostel. The rest was ok, clean, nice staff.
This was a good hostel! The location is perfect and the rooms were nice. I wish the beds had curtains but other than that the facilities were great. There were a lot of areas to socialize and it seemed to get busy at night. I would stay here again!
I stayed in march but only just getting around to leaving a review! Staff were so lovely and helpful. I felt very safe throughout my stay. Be aware that if you want a towel, shower gel and want to leave your bag with them etc you have to pay! I’m sure that was stated when booking so that’s a fault on my behalf for not knowing but was very clean, very central and overall really enjoyed my experience there. Would definitely recommend
Great hostel, only downside is no curtains on beds
Had a great couple nights stay at Generator Copenhagen. I stayed in a 6 bed female form with a ensuite and the room was clean and so were the facilities, good storage in the rooms and thankful for the storage lockers for my early arrival and late flight home. A tad noisy in the evenings outside but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn’t solve. Will stay here again in the future!
Good enough- bar is fun
Très bonne auberge au centre de la ville avec des services et équipements. La semaine l’ambiance est sympa sans trop de bruit. Le bar propose de la nourriture et des boissons avec réductions pour les résidents et il y a la happy hour donc ça revient à pas trop cher les boissons. Il y a possibilité de jouer au shuffleboard et billard. Les chambres 6 personnes sont assez grandes. Je recommande pour un séjour à Copenhague !
I highly recommend this hostel! I stayed in a 6-female dorm, and everything was great. The common areas are very comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a perfect place to relax and meet other travelers.
