Old Evora

Our room was nice and clean, good location and staff were really friendly and helpful

wasn't the best experience, the toilet papers were damp in one of the two toilets and the other had not tp at all. And there were no spares. the entire hostel had a weird vibe and the main living room smelled like a cheap strawberry milkshake had spilt somewhere and no one had cleaned it up. atleast there was free breakfast.

Was welcomed by the loveliest lady on reception. So friendly and nice. In truth I didn’t use it for anything other than a bed but I slept well. Room was spacious and decent bathrooms, just a bit dark at night. Atmosphere was pretty flat, tough to meet anybody but I was only there for one night midweek so can’t judge it much for that.

Decent hostel located within walking distance to almost everything you'd want to see in Evora. Not the liveliest atmosphere, but overall a great place to stay.

Everything was perfect. The lady who runs the place was very accommodating. lovely garden area, good location between the town square and bus station, clean rooms and living space. Felt very authentic and I felt comfortable.

This hostel had great spaces but felt a bit like a hotel in that everyone kind of kept to themselves. Good location and really friendly staff too.

The street is rather noisy till late evening. No proper coffee for breakfast. But the location is great, you can feel history inside & outside the building. It’s real fun! :))

very simple and cheap hostel, two buildings one for dorms and one for private rooms. a bit tired but cosy enough, bed wasn’t super comfortable but the lady that checked us in was super friendly, and the free breakfast was fine enough.

It’s not too bad but the showers and toilets were honestly so disgusting. Staff is super nice tho and they do offer free breakfast even if it’s just bread yoghurt and cereal. The place was mostly empty when I was there and they don’t have any activities going on so it’s definitely not the best place to meet people

The staff were very friendly and available to help with any questions I had. They kept the place very clean and had a permanent staff to do the cleaning…they even ironed the sheets and pillowcases. It is a perfect location that makes it easy to walk all over the walled city. I highly recommend this hostel. The kitchen was well supplied and they offer breakfast as well!

stayed twice in this hostel. I will stay here again and again when i'll need to sleep in Evora. ten minutes from bus station and the old city is yours.

I really loved the homey friendly vibe of the staff and the place in general. No lock on the door to the room and some guests i wasnt comfortable with made me feel a bit unsafe but there were lockers in the room that could fit all valuables. The showers and toilets are really the only complaint i have as they werent very clean and fresh and no seat on one of the toilets, and toilet paper was out an entire day.

Old Evora hostel is a nice place to stay. The staff are lovely and the hostel has a very pleasant atmosphere. Only the beds are a bit rickety, but comfortable. Can highly recommend it.

Such a fantastic hostel! I stayed in a female dorm for three nights. The location is perfect to see all the sites within èvora. The hostel is super clean with amazingly helpful and kind staff. Everyone who was staying here was very friendly , but it was mostly an older crowd. The hostel is really cute as well, I feel like most of the pictures online don’t do it justice! I felt super safe and comfortable my entire stay. Bed was comfy with a convenient outlet and locker.
