+ Location, centrally placed.

- My washbag was taken by cleaning staff. Had to get it returned. It was shabby, mould in the room, poor facilities. Not as advertised on the website. Poor quality all round.

- Die Beschreibung und das Foto stimmen nicht mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort zusammen! Das Zimmer war schmutzig, das Bett bzw. die Matratzen eine Frechheit, extrem beengt und abgewohnt! Der Balkon war so schmal, dass man kaum durchgehen konnte und es war trotz Balkon finster im Zimmer! Beim Foto auf Homepage waren die Türen ausgehängt, so das es nach einem normalen Balkontür aussah. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit. Haben das Zimmer dann günstiger auf der Homepage gesehen!

- Tutto diverso da come pubblicizzato su Booking!!! Camera orribile, completamente diversa dalle foto di Booking, la porta di ingresso e dell'armadio non si aprono completamente perché il letto ne impedisce l'apertura. Struttura e camera sporche e abbandonate (zanzare morte spiaccicate sui muri). L'ascensore non arriva al piano della stanza, il bagno non ha doccia ma una mini vasca, il presunto terrazzino è in realtà un deposito macchine aria condizionata dell'intero albergo. Alle nostre rimostranze ci è stato semplicemente risposto che l'albergo era pieno. Spero che Booking controlli la corrispondenza tra le foto pubblicate e la realtà della struttura.

- Pague por 2 noches con calefacción sin embargo mi habitación se había malogrado la calefacción, no hicieron nada por arreglarla, y el frío era terrible, tanto así que me enfermé y tuve que hacerme ver cuando salí de Venecia.

- The air-condition does not work, and issues in the bathroom... the hotel not resolved the problem and don't care about it...

- Öncelikle bu bölgede kalacak herkesin bilmesi gereken şey (bölgeye araç girişi yok bildiğiniz üzere) arabayı park ettikten sonra otele ulaşmak için 100euro verip su taksisi kullanmanız gerekmektedir. Otel bölgedeki tüm oteller gibi çok eski, asansör sabah çalışıyorsa akşam bozuk. Üst katlara çıkmak için labirent gibi koridorlardan geçmek zorundasınız. En önemlisi de odalar fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi asla değil. Biz iki oda rezervasyonu yaptık. İki odada da camları açtığınızda yan binanın camlarıyla neredeyse yapışık olduğunu görüp nefes dahi alamıyorsunuz. Odanın fotoğrafını çekmediğim için çok pişman oldum diyebilirim.

+ Konumu harikaydı. Lokalle iç içe bir meydanda. Odam meydana bakan balkonlu odaydı. Çalışanlar, kahvaltısı, otelin duygusu, her şey nefisti. Venedik’e geldiğimde tereddütsüz aynı otelde kalırım.

+ posizione ottima, a 10 minuti da tutto (stazione 20 min a piedi) colazione, buona, varietà e qualità ascensore piccolo ma funzionale, bagno molto spazioso Zona vivace e nello stesso tempo non affollata

- in camera gli scuri sono vecchi e rotti e non si chiudono bene, lasciano passare la luce. Lo scuretto del bagno è stato sostituito con uno nuovo mantenendo lo stile, perchè non farlo anche in camera?

- We confirmed a double bed but were given two twin bed joined together, which was bit uncomfortable. Also the room floors were marble so too cold to walk in without carpet or slipper.

- Allgemeiner Zustand der Unterkunft ist relativ veraltet und einfach unschön. Wände sind voller Flecken der letzten 30 Jahre. Alles ist halb kaputt. Der „Safe“ ist mir einer Hand aus dem Schrank herausnehmbar, das geht mal gar nicht. Mehr als 50% des Geschirrs beim (äußerst spärlichen) Frühstück ist leider dreckig. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück is für Italien eine Zumutung. Die Zimmerwände und Fenster sind aus Papier, eine Schallisolierung existiert nicht. Man hört wirklich alles, was einem öfter zum Verhängnis wird. Eine Siesta nachmittags oder etwas früher ins Bett ist nicht drin (Bar unmittelbar nebenan). Als I-Tüpfelchen wurde von der Putzfrau eine Liste mit allen Gästen in unserem Zimmer liegen gelassen, mit Handynummern, Mail-Adressen und genauer Aufenthaltsdauer. Das war mir alles dann doch zu viel. Der Preis ist mit >200€/Nacht im März wirklich nicht gerechtfertigt.

+ Location is very central and ideally located for seeing the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. The hotel itself was decorated in keeping with the heritage of the building with the guest rooms being modern and airy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was freshly prepared and reasonably priced. City tax was e3.50 per person per night.

- Lift was very small and only big enough for 2. Would have liked a kettle and drinks tray available in the room and cooked option for breakfast. Instructions on how to use the air conditioning control would be useful as we couldn't get it to blow cold.

- Walls were quite dirty/need to be touched up with paint. Bed was a bit small for me length wise.

+ Loved this hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything and with a restaurant next door and a coffee shop the other side. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom and it was spotlessly clean. Our room was exactly what we hoped for, it was decorated in Venetian style with a chandelier and windows with views over a lovely square - it was just perfect. We didn't have the breakfast as we wanted to have room for lunch but it looked great. They also looked after our luggage for our last day while we went out for the whole day as our flight was late evening. Would definitely return to this hotel.

- The only thing we would have liked was a tea and coffee in our room, if there was one we didn't find it. There was a fridge though which was useful.
