Hotel Europa Life

This hostel had no working lights in room or in the bathroom. Except for one at the far end of the room. The front desk workers were rude and not helpful. They weren’t accommodating to the situation and refused to fix the issue until we left the hostel. The bathroom also had no privacy since you could see through the bathroom by a glass window and the sliding glass door never closed all the way. With all of these issues they never offered a discount and croudly refused to when asked for it.

The room was very small and linens dirty. On the last day the staff agreed that we leave luggage and stay in the lobby before departure. We left luggage and went sightseeing. We came back and after a couple hours of staying in the lobby we were told to leave. It was dark and we still had 3 hrs before the bus. That staff behaved very inconsiderate and was not nice. I would not recommend this place. We cancelled our return stay and rebooked in another place which was cleaner, nicer, and cheaper.

We did not feel very safe in this location. The area is not particylaly pleasent..we saw alot of unsavory people along the road..saw someone steal a purse and another couple punching each other in the street. We.did not feel safe to leave/ return to the hotel in the evening due to the area Note this is a budget hotel not a hostel Oyr room.was not very clean..the floor was so filthy we had to wash oir feet multiple times. When we checked in the concierge gave us a room that someone was staying in. Thankfully they weren’t in there when we unlocked the door. Once we got a new room, it was a nice place to stay. The weirdest part is the see-through glass for the bathroom. If you don’t want to see the person you’re traveling with showering or pooping, I’d find a different place to stay. The breakfast was included and very expansive.

Hotel not a hostel but it was a nice break from hostels after nearly a month sharing rooms with others.

A great stopover for the night in frankfurt. Clean showers and bedding, and quiet. Staff were very friendly. As a woman, felt safe there, but it is in a sketchy area so I don’t know how I would feel if I arrived after dark.

The hotel was really good for the price. The rooms were modern and clean. However, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a glass-wall. This means that you can see the other person in the bathroom from your bed. You should keep that in mind when you travel with someone you do not know too well. Great place to stay, business trip or just a few days chilling in Frankfurt. Easy to ge to other cities from and also complimentary mini bar which always gains a few points.

Solo me quedé una noche, es un hotel lindo, muy limpio y lo más importante es silencioso para poder descansar. Me hicieron el favor de brindarme desayuno más temprano, es tipo buffet delicioso con fruta, panes, quesos, jamones, cereal , café etc. Lo recomiendo mucho

Only a couple minutes walk from the central train station, this hotel was worth it! The space is small, but it has the facilities you need and more. A loaded mini fridge was included and that was a very nice touch. I would stay here again.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews but this experience was so pleasant that I want to recommend to everyone. It was a 5 minutes walk from bahnhof with a nice view. The single room was very clean and tidy with everything one would need. I was concered about the safety but I slept very well due to the nice atmosphere and comfortable bed. Good location, friendly and helpful front desk staff, quiet room and free breakfast buffet. Everything was wonderful, almost perfect. The only downside was my experience at the breakfast bar. While the lady there was always smiling and friendly with other guests, she was rather cold towards me. I politely asked for coffee and fried eggs in English, just like the other guests, but felt I was treated differently. I cannot help but wonder if this difference was because of my Asian appearance.

it's a hotel, and for the price, it's really good! They offer free breakfast and drinks in your room. I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay for one night in the city before travelling.

More like hotel than hostel. But you’d get hotel treatment at hostel price. Good walking distance to city center.

This was a wonderful stay at Hotel Europa Life, the front desk was open 24 hours and was extremely nice throughout the entirety of our stay, if we’re ever in the area again there is no doubt we will be staying here again.

Hotel Europa was very clean with great amenities. The staff was very, very kind and friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the location provided easy access to the train statoin.

The room was clean, the staff super friendly, and it was in a pretty central location between sites and the train station. there were free drinks in the room and a really pleasant breakfast in the morning! would definitely recommend!
