Hangover Aonang

Good cheap hostel with very friendly and welcoming staff but lacking a bit in the facilities, beds not very comfy and not too social.

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und die Lage war top, 10 min zum Strand und direkt nebenan ein 7/11. Man konnte kostenlos Billard spielen. Allerdings sind die Türen nicht abschließbar und ich fand die generelle Stimmung im Hostel eher ungemütlich und wenig sozial. Die Betten sind super hart! Für drei Nächte war’s ok, würde aber nicht länger bleiben.

Really enjoyed my stay here made lots of friends and was a comfortable stay bed was comfy and there was loads of showers and toilets.

we had a great stay here! perfect location, walking distance to ao nang beach & the main restaurants & bars. super clean rooms with privacy curtains that covered the whole bed. nice and hygienic bathrooms. really great staff who were super welcoming, helpful and friendly! would stay here if in ever in ao nang again :)

A very nice place which has a perfect mix of party and relaxing. Very helpful and kind staff, easy booking tours and transportation through the hostel. Extended our stay 2 times, would strongly recommend.

Dorm rooms were quite spacious. Had spent only 1 night but it was a nice stay!

The working staff were friendly and helpful However when I confronted the owner about the very poor condition of the pool table torn cloth and level I was told iff I didn’t like it go somewhere else. That was disappointing and somewhat embarrassing. It was the worst pool table I’d ever played on.

Great beds and atmosphere. The toilets were quite smelly though. I liked the events they hosted at nighttime

Good hostel friendly staff good location , I will highly recommend it to everyone I let me keep my bag there for a week while I went to Koh lanta and back . Will stay again

Unreal little spot, the guys are incredible, rooms are great, pool table is perfect, very classic hostel vibes, showers are great, I actually loved it here and I don’t know why

Very chill hostel to stay . Calm and peace vibes here . Nui and yui is very welcoming and helpful . She even paid out of her own pocket to get me a plug convertor and got it for me . I would definitely visit again . Thank you so much NUI and YUI .

Hostel is great to rest your head

Very laid back hostel, if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay then this is good. The dorm rooms are nice and have privacy curtains. There are numerous bathrooms and showers so you never have to wait. The breakfast option is not the best so I wouldn’t get that again. About a 15 minute walk to Ao nang beach.

Good location, everything in Ao Nang is walking distance away. But a bit further away from the super noisy tourist strip. Not a hugely social hostel, no events planned or anything. Staff helpful if you want to book any boat tours etc. Showers were warm! I was on level 3 so lots of stairs to climb haha. Good wifi. Mostly a younger crowd here, had some super messy people in my dorm unfortunately - not the hostels fault though!

This is a basic hostel but it has absolutely everything you need and is in a great location. Rooms are big, never cramped, very very clean and bathrooms are also never busy and always clean. Only improvement is to have keys for the rooms/building to make it feel more secure but at the same time I never felt unsafe. Staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

I moved here down from the hostel down the road. Really nice ladies that own it, I was very very ill and they were nice enough to let me check in early and get some sleep. Also brought me water and towels throughout the night. Would stay again

Quiet place, great for resting as I just needed to find a place for the night.

+: chill pool table close to a lot of restaurants & 7eleven -: no activities staff doesn’t really speak english no keys needed to access room (can be a safety issue)
