- el olor de las sabanas, la cama no era confortable, falta mas organizacion, poner reglas a los residente seria bueno, aloja a toda clase de personas, imposible dormir por el ronquido de la personas, fui con mi esposa y los otros inquilinos en la habitacion se desvestian y andaban solo en ropa intima y apesar que habia una dama nos les importo, abandone mi estancia el primer dia, no volveria jamas

- si En la última noche, sufrimos una situación muy ajena a las expectativas que teníamos al elegir un Hostel tan reconocido como el suyo. Estábamos en una habitación de 6 mixta. En particular, la última noche a las dos de la mañana me desperté con gente duchándose, ruidos, ronquidos. En ese momento, la luz estaba apagada por lo tanto no pensé que era únicamente el trámite corriente de un hospedaje de este estilo. Mi amigo, por otro lado, se despertó a las tres de la mañana debido a que el huésped que dormía en la cama suyo empezó a agarrar su cosas para irse, mover muebles, hablar en voz alta, cambiarse la ropa (debido a lo que después nos enterramos que estaba sucediendo en la habitación) y se mantuvo despierto desde ese momento. La verdad que no advertimos lo que realmente estaba pasando, hasta que otro huésped se despertó y empezó a denunciar que en la habitación había mas personas que las que correspondían. Pronto llegó personal del hostel y echó a las cuatro personas que se encontraban durmiendo (dos mujeres en una cama / un hombre y una mujer en la otra). Asimismo, es importante destacar que la mujer que se encontraba en la cama con el hombre, se encontraba semi desnuda, dando indicios que pudieron haber mantenido relaciones sexuales frente al resto de los huéspedes. Estas personas estuvieron en ese lugar “seguro” durante horas sin estar registrados, sin pagar como el resto y tuvieron acceso no solo a nuestros objetos personales sino también a nuestra intimidad. Al día siguiente, advertimos esta situación nuevamente al personal del hostel y solo nos ofrecieron poder tomar el desayuno esa mañana, lo cual nos pareció bastante escaso para la violación a nuestra privacidad y comodidad durante prácticamente toda la noche. Por lo que no es un resarcimiento suficiente ya que la situación, como mencionamos, nos convirtió en sujetos altamente vulnerables.

- Hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimlerinden biriydi. Odamdaki yatakta böcek buldum ve durumu hemen resepsiyona bildirdim. Bana oda değişikliği teklif edildi ancak ben bu koşullarda otelde kalmak istemediğimi, para iadesi alarak başka bir otele geçmek istediğimi açıkça söyledim. İlk etapta bunun mümkün olmadığını söylediler. Bunun üzerine gerekli raporlamaları yapacağımı belirttim ve en azından geçici bir çözüm olarak oda değişikliği istedim. Tam bu konuda anlaşmaya varmışken, resepsiyondaki görevli (yanlış hatırlamıyorsam adı Yeniken) bu kez para iadesi yapılacağına karar verdiklerini söyledi. Bu bilgiye güvenerek otelden ayrıldık. Ancak sonrasında Booking.com’dan gelen e-postada, otelin iade konusunda herhangi bir anlaşmayı kabul etmediği yazıyordu. Bu durum açıkça dolandiriciliktan baska bir sey degildir. Misafire verilen sözün arkasında durulmaması kabul edilemez. Bu sadece kötü bir deneyim değil, aynı zamanda müşteriyi oyalayan, sizi dolandiran, yanlış bilgi veren ve sorumluluk almayan bir işletme anlayışıdır. Generator markasının kurumsal olduğunu bildiğim için özellikle Barcelona’daki bu otel büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim ve kimseye de önermiyorum. Dürüstlükten ve müşteri memnuniyetinden uzak bu işletmeden uzak durmanızı tavsiye ederim.

- The duvet was so think it was like bed sheets, and you couldn’t get extra blankets. We couldn’t shut the window properly so it was loud and cold at night. There is a 50 euro deposit for the hair dryer.

The hostel was overall good, clean enough but could be better. I had a broken locker but the staff was quickly available to give me another bed, which I really appreciated. Too bad there are no curtains, they would definitely grant some more privacy and repair from light when other roomates come and go.

Hostel was great! Rooms had everything you need. Hairdryer didn’t work but I bought my own.
Pésima experiencia. Tuve de compañera a una mujer errática y alcohólica. Vomitó en el piso, escupía en el suelo todo el tiempo, gritaba de la nada, insultaba, dejó popó embarrada en la cama, te observaba fijamente mientras estaba horas sentada en su cama. Se avisó a la recepción en más de una ocasión (no solo yo) y lo único que hicieron fue quitarle sus botellas y decirle que se comportara,tampoco accedieron a cambiarme de cuarto. Me sentí muy insegura e informe por su falta de acc...

Everyone was so amazing!
Booked a female dorm, but the Reception confused a booking and a guy landed in our room. After they could not resolve it by the 3rd night, I asked to pay me back the extra fee for the female room… well i never got it. Some of the reception were really nice and helpful, but i think thats so rude, that i did not even get my money back for the extra fee.
El local es muy animoso, tiene ambientes de integración y actividades que me parecen muy bien orientadas para el usuario joven y sociable. Para el descanso resulta un poco complicado pues puede oírse el ruido de otras habitaciones contiguas y el espacio entre camarotes es bastante angosto pero funciona. Pienso que para unas cuantas noches es muy buena opción sobre todo si uno es de sueño profundo.
The place is very lively, has environments of integration and activities that I think are very well oriented for the young and sociable user. for rest it is a bit complicated as you can hear the noise of other adjoining rooms and the space between cabins is quite narrow but it works. i think for a few nights it is a very good option especially if one is deep sleeper.
Old, dirty,building. toilet seat, no curtains. Running and noise in the hall, late at night. Security should have shut it down. More expensive then most. Too many young kids clogging up the lobby. Man on front desk was not very agreeable. Had to wait to 3 pm for room. I arrived from cruise ship at 10 am. the worst part. Every time a person turned around in the shower, body hit water handle moving it to freezing cold or scalding hot. Not fun. Elevator slow and not dependable. Location great.

- I tried the self check in + supplemental early check in at 12h but it didn't work - the receptionist told me it's not possible, didn't understand why, he looked exasperated and I felt like I was bored. - Locker room #1, the screen suggests that small compartments, I lost bcp of time before they told me to leave room 2 - There was a dog in the shared room that's disgusting, please watch your residents - enough characters for more sorry
El baño incómodo, muy chicos los espacios, la limpieza mala, un día no limpiaron el piso en una habitación de 6 llena. Los colchones muy malos. En el desayunador se nos subió una cucachara a la mesa y está como abandonado, no condice con la estética del edificio en general. No puedo creer q tengan un locker pago, es la primera vez q tengo q pagar x ello en un alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente.
The bathroom is uncomfortable, the spaces are very small, the cleaning is bad, one day they didn't clean the floor in a room full of 6 people. The mattresses are very bad. In the breakfast room a spoon got on our table and it's kind of abandoned, it doesn't fit with the overall aesthetics of the building. I can't believe they have a paid locker, it's the first time I have to pay for it in a lodging. The location is excellent.

The common areas had a strong smell, the lockers to secure we had to use a lock, which we bought from the accommodation. although the price was extremely high for this accommodation does not include even a towel and to use a hair spray you had to guarantee the amount that corresponded to its purchase.

Super modern hostel with great facilities. Location is literally perfect, just a few minutes walk from a metro stop. The area felt safe and there’s loads of 24/7 shops around which is very handy. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would deffo stay again!
No me gustó mucho, el alojamiento estaba sucio, mi cajonera de cama estaba rota por lo cual no se podía cerrar y eso me generó mucha inseguridad al momento de salir No me parecieron tan amables el personal No volvería, la zona si es linda pero hay muchos mejores en ella
I didn't like it very much, the accommodation was dirty, my bed drawer was broken so it couldn't be closed and that generated a lot of insecurity for me at the time of leaving.
Muito limpo, ambiente super divertido, staff maravilhoso (João você arrasa!) e muito perperto de tudo, seja a pé ou com os meios de transporte público.

Staff is really friendly and location is good. But you get the feeling that it is kind of a money grab. Smallest room possible with a slightly worn touch, 3 euro a coke from the vending machine and a lot of extras you can pay for. The atmosphere is not really comfy. All in all ok but not great.
