Capsuleaccom Hostel

A real 10/10. Me and my girlfriend (21) stayed in one of the private rooms and it was a top stay. Rooms are super quiet and feel private. Kitchen is spacious and always clean. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shower supplies so you didn’t have to use your own. Hostel was generous with free breakfasts, dinners twice a week, snacks on some evenings and free toiletries. 10/10 would recommend for other couples and young people

Excellent experience, nice worth for money,

They checked someone else into my bed on the second day of my stay. I came back and found a stranger’s belongings on my bed, and my things had been moved to the lost and found area. After that, I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings there, especially since it seems like anyone can walk into the hostel. I also contacted the management afterwards to ask about this situation and a possible refund, but unfortunately I did not receive any response. The location is quite far from Surfers Parad...

Dean was great! It was clean however the private room was just small walls not very private you could still hear everything for everyone and it was loud till late. For a private room it was not good but felt like everyone else was ok with the environment. Private room was also tiny might aswell have been in the main dorms. I paid money not to be! which we felt was not worth it. Dean was a great staff member and defo valuable asset to the team!! Shout out Dean

It's a great hostel with excellent staff. It’s close to public transport and supermarkets. It's undoubtedly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in!

Ich muss sagen, die Atmosphäre im Hostel war echt sehr merkwürdig.. es waren größtenteils echt alte Leute da, was vielleicht einfach ein blöder Zufall war. Dazu sind ich und mein Freund leider krank geworden, auf Grund der viel zu kalten Klimaanlage, welche die riesige Halle gekühlt hat. Uns hat es leider nicht so wirklich gefallen…

Very nice

Hated it. Location was fine. Showers have flies. Not couple friendly. Room a box. Room is not private. There are no ceilings. No storage except the pile. Sleep was rough. People were loud and inconsiderate. Not traveller friendly, everyone’s working. Can hear people walking past the room, making bunk beds shake. There’s no aircon. Lights are dim and for some reason still on during the night. Long stay guests treat it as their home. We felt misled. Private rooms should have ceilings!!

It's a really chill hostel. The staff is very gentil and always willing to help you. It has air conditioner, it's safety because it has many cameras everywhere and the staff is cleaning everywhere during the day. The only problem was that my light wasn't working and I asked for fix it many times. They did it and It wasn't working in a few days later. On the hand the location is perfect since It's next to the tram.

All bedding was stained for both guests when we arrived. Belongings weren't secure at all, you get one pull out (unlocked) drawer under bunk and an open area to 'store' luggage. This area is under surveilance with cameras but the whole building is open to public. Most showers didn't work. Area was quite rough. One night there was a fight and a knife was picked up from the kitchen. Other guests have no consideration for others trying to sleep, very noisy. People openly having sex in dorm.

Great social hostel with huge common area and good facilities. Bunks are clean and comfortable with a light, fan and tons of charging plugs. Staff are so lovely and friendly.

I extended my stay an extra week! Lots of people mention about security but I left my things laying around multiple times and nothing happened. Everyones cases are in one space, but theyre safe. I met lots of lovely people, kitchen was huge and theres lots of common spaces to meet people without it feeling awkward. Live in people were friendly and accommodating too

It’s a huge mixed room with over 100 beds. People were very loud no matter the effort of the staff. Cooking and safe available but luggage storage wasn’t very safe as anyone could reach it. It’s a great location and good to make friends but I was bit by bedbugs. Expected to be honest. They wouldn’t dispose over 100 mattresses from time to time to get rid of it. Unfortunately I’m allergic to it so it was a big headache for me.

I had a fantastic stay here — overall. The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The common areas make it easy to meet people, and the rooms are well kept. The staff really make the place special — the Scot’s (Joe, Stuart,Andrew and Kyle) and Dean, were super friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat or an introduction to other people which made the experience even better.

Joe is the best

Plenty of space and guests were respectful given the amount of people in one room. Bathrooms were very clean. Storage area needs some work as it felt very messy. Good kitchen facilities but some guests can be messy. Would recommend.
