Very disappointing experience. The listing is misleading — we expected a hotel, but it is actually a hostel. The room had no private bathroom, there was a cigarette smell, and the overall environment felt uncomfortable. Parking was also not as expected and costs 20 EUR extra. We had to leave immediately and find another place. The property refused to provide any refund. Be careful when booking.

In this place guests are getting their belongings stolen regularly and it happened to me as well. This places either does not care about guests' security or is directly involved in the crime. I'm letting the police to investigate... It is disappointing that Agoda still offers this on their platform and doesn't do anything to protect their customers.

Najväčší hnus, aký existuje. Dostal som sa sem náhodou, pretože sa mi pokazilo auto a bol večer. V rýchlosti som videl, že má 4,6 hviezdičky, ani som si nevšimol, že izby sú zdieľané. Ale to je jedno. Už som bol na podobných miestach, napríklad Patio Hotel je jedno z najlepších miest, aké existujú. Ale to, kam som sa dostal teraz, by malo byť nelegálne. Ten hostelu oceniam bardzo nisko i nie polecam, rezerwowałem dwa miejsca postojowe ale na miejscu okazało się że Pani nic nie zarezerwowała- jak pokazałem korespondencję to przepraszała. Na miejscu zapłaciłem taksę za 7 osób pomimo że przyjechaliśmy w 6 osób - zapłaciłem niezgodnie z prawem. Just avoid, really overrated and disappointing Do not make a booking through any third party platform for this place. My payment amount was randomly reduced and staffs blamed a platform that there might be a commission which was not written or informed at all. They did not even have a knowledge about the platform what they posted to sell their property. Avoid at all costs! We booked a private room over 3 months ago, upon arrival after pre-checking in online as they wished for and after spending money on transport to get here we was told that we would not be staying at the hotel and were told to go to a different location a 40 minute walk away!! Una de mis peores experiencias en hostel. No avisan que no anda el elevador y son 3 pisos súper altos hasta las habitaciones. Si bien la cápsula te da privacidad la estructura de metal cruje por todos lados con lo cual el ruido es bastante molesto. No lleves equipaje grande porque en el locker solo cabe un carry on y no tienen otra opciones con lo que tuve que dejar mi maleta con candado toda la estadía. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück für den Preis in Ordnung. Jetzt zum negativen Aspekt: Mitten in der Nacht bemerkten wir Bettwanzen in nicht geringer Anzahl. Auch wenn wir glücklicherweise ein neues Zimmer bekamen, waren wir die halbe Nacht damit beschäftigt unser gesamtes Gepäck einmal abzusuchen, bekamen daher kaum Schlaf und selbst nach nur wenigen Stunden in dem Bettwanzen-Bett verließen wir Bratislava gespickt mit juck...

Zrušit tři hodiny před check-in pobyt (který jsem měl dva týdny zarezervován), tak tomu říkám kuráž. Dáma na recepci slíbila po telefonu, že situaci vyřeší a ozve se zpět a... už se nikdy neozvala.

One of the best hostels i,ve been in . The staff is outstanding , so kind , willing to help. The location is simply perfect. Rooms /shared baths inmmaculated clean. I totally recommend it .

When booking the capsule hotel, I mainly wanted to see what it’s like to sleep in a capsule, and honestly- it was fantastic! The hostel is located right in the centre of the Old Town. Of course, I’d recommend earplugs for anyone who wakes up during the night, since people may come in at different hours - but that’s simply the nature of hostels. I had originally booked a dorm room but wasn’t comfortable as it was just me and 3 men. I asked reception if there was another room available and they were very helpful and got me into a private room. Beds were extremely comfortable, everything was very clean and plenty toilets available.

Siento que el lugar es mas para jovenes y personas no muy complicadas , me quede en una capsula que para mi estuvo bien dormi tranquila y es central . Siempre respondieron mis llamados .

Das Hostel liegt zentral in der Stadt und ist direkt mit Straßenbahn bzw. Bus mit beiden Bahnhöfen verbunden. Das Personal war mässig engagiert. Die Sauberkeit durchwegs in Ordnung. Überhaupt nicht gefallen hat das Zimmer, denn dieses war ohne Fenster, dadurch extrem stickig und wie in einem Bunker. Leider hat man dies erst weit nach der Buchung erfahren. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher nicht empfehlen.

Perfect stay in the centre of Bratislava. I would highly recommend that anybody travelling and staying in Bratislava to stay here.

Amazing place, easy check in and out. Located in the center and easy to access everywhere. Totally loved it

+ The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. It's at a good location. - They lie on airbnb that they have a washing machine as a commodity, but really you have to pay 20€. - The towels were absolutely drenched in chlorine and not washed properly, this is a hazard and I hope no one uses the towels. - The sleeping (pods) didn't have any air conditioning or ventilation inside them. Yes, the rooms themselves had air conditioning but not inside the pods.

Top locatie! Luxe kamers en bedden. Altijd schoon en iemand aanwezig. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte was ruim, veel keuze in eten en drinken. Midden in het centrum dus alles was goed te doen te voet of openbaarvervoer.

Estupendo. El desayuno un poco caro pero por lo demás un sitio tranquilo y bien situado. Recomendable.
