Other than changing the sheets and towels, this place clearly hadn't been cleaned since the last guests. Floors were dirty, significant mould problem, poorly signposted, and there wasn't anyone there for check-in – the owner works a full time job so I had to make myself available to pay the balance at a time that suited them, and call to be let in. Didn't bother replenishing breakfast for 2nd day, and common area stank of cigarettes. Very poor value, sadly.
