+ the location is super convenient. staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful! beds and toilets were clean.

+ Everyone is was really friendly, and the staff is super helpful. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The beds were clean and the music playlist was 🔥🔥

+ This place was really good and comfortable. As soon as I arrived the place Renee and Igor were welcomed me great. The location of this hostel is so good. You can go whatever you want in city center. Igor always direct you where you can visit. The room where stayed was so comfy.

- But I've had only unlucky thing. One day I was exhausted then I took a shower but before that I couldn't find any shampoo. This was a little bit dissappointed.

Regarding the situation at the hostel, if there was any legal action I needed to take, I already told the hostel that we should go to the police, even though there was no reason to go to the police. + Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicacion. También las camas son super cómodas y el hotel tiene una vista muy linda. Tanto el dueño (Igor) como quien nos recibió (René) nos trataron super bien y nos hicieron sentir como en casa.
