The place is ideally located near the market. To go around in Kep they have motorbikes for rent. Very nice staff, very good value for money.

our room was lovely and clean. we enjoyed the breezy rooftop terrace and quiet atmosphere. the owner helped us book a bus to our next destination and made sure it was there to pick us up in the morning. the guesthouse is a walk away from the crab market but the free bikes helped us get around more easily. the only downside is having to walk past lots of dogs from other guesthouses to get to this one.

Excellent security saw us safe to our room. Lucky the black dog kept us safe. Excellent place for the price

Loved my stay here. Clean. Comfortable bed. The restaurant was great. It's a bit outside of town but walking into was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Not a great location (have to drive to get towards the beach). The rooms were a bit dated and the hostel itself was pretty basic. But very affordable and staff were friendly

loved my stay at khmer house guesthouse. owner was really welcoming and friendly. was able to rent a bicycle for free to use around kep. it was the first time i had a private room since travelling and im glad i waited to come here. highly recommended to anyone who wants to just chill out for a couple of days.

We loved this guesthouse. The rooms are spacious, clean, simple with aircon and WIFI although we used `Sims; an amazing rooftop terrace with views of trees full of birds and butterflies; a fridge here to store your own food/drinks and beers that you help yourself to and pay later. Scooter hire including helmets which allowed us to venture further afield and also pushbikes which are free - a bit rickety but we used them almost every day. Kep market is a great place to get fresh food

excellent value for money! location isn't great but the guesthouse is nice and clean and the cheapest private room I've had!

Very relaxing place to stay with excellent views of the mountain jungle. It was a much needed rejuvinating place to stay as i am a backpacker and have been traveling a lot so staying here to recover was more then welcomed. The staff are expetionally nice and very helpful with booking busses. The food is also very good!

Excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont très disponibles, sont accueillants et donnent de très bons conseils. Le restaurant est très bon. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et recommandons vraiment cet endroit !

We had a lovely stay here! The staff were really friendly and super helpful, was always nice to see them and chat or ask questions. Nice clean property with good aircon. Food was nice and there are other food options in the area. Would highly recommend for a relaxing few nights!

Great value, laidback atmosphere perfect for relaxing for a few days. Out of town but still only a 20 minute walk to the main beach. Lovely owners who cook some amazing food and even helped give us a lift to kampot for a very reasonable price, cant recommend them enough

personnel aux petits soins, possibilite de louer un scooter pour pas cher avec casque! une fois en scooter on est tres proche du marche aux crabes. La famille est souriante et chaleureuse et les chambres simples mais propres :).

Absolutely loved staying here. The staff were so lovely and cared about their guests. It was lovely and clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

J’ai passé un très bon séjour. Le patron est d’une gentillesse incroyable et a pris le temps de me montrer comment conduire un scooter avant de m’en louer un. La nourriture était très bonne. Petit bémol, l’absence d’eau chaude dans les chambres, pour le reste c’était très bien. Je recommande
