+ The hotel is aware of a group/gang/drug issue that gathers directly outside the hotel. We did not feel safe, and spent alot of money travelling far away from that area on trains and taxis. We were also offered heroin by another guest. ≈ And the guest was allowed to stay after we reported this. When we asked for compensation, we were told no.

- The hotel is far from the city center and there is no parking available. The rooms are noisy, with strange sounds like water and sewage pipes. The mattress is uncomfortable, and the rooms are not cleaned daily. Overall, a disappointing experience.

- No me gusto nada empezando por el servició , limpieza que no ka hubo en 4 dias el bufet desayuno misero y rudiculo atascado de gente y encima entrando y cogiendo personas que venian de la calle que no eran clientes en rl sevicio de habitaciones tenias que pedir papel del Wc toallas ect en el lavabo de la habitación el agua de la ducha se salia toda, en la parte del lavabo no habia un solo estante para dejar tu cepillo pelo cepillo dientes ect perchero en la habitación solo dos oerchas vaya si esto es los servicios que ofrece un 4 estrellas mejor no ir y si para ellos esta bien lo minimo que tienen que hacer que lo pongan donde ponen lo que tienen porque da pena . Donde se ha visto un wc din fregarlo en 4 noches estando ahi dos personas ? Bien ustedes ya no sigo porque podria decirles mil y una cosa mas. Espero su respuesta

- Personnelle désagréable et arrogant chambre super petite porte de salle de bain lourde pas de fenêtre

- no nos dimos cuenta de que no se podía fumar, y por fumar un cigarro a las 12 de la noche subieron de muy malas formas a decirnos nos íban a cobrar 250€. la verdad que no les entendí muy bien, pensado que solo era una advertencia. la sorpresa vino cuando intentaron cobrarme esa misma noche los 250€ de mi tarjeta, ya que no pudieron lo volvieron a intentar con 100€ y tampoco les fue posible. al hacer el check out nos lo pidieron y por no entrar en follones de llamar a la policía ya que perdíamos el vuelo de vuelta accedí. pero me parece Nefasto el trato y la actitud de la chica que subió a hablar con nosotros, ya que no me defiendo con el inglés y creo que nos la quisieron colar como tontos.

+ The decor was beautiful, lovely interior, good layout.

+ Absolutely everything was enjoyable (but food and bar - I didn't try). The contact since the moment I booked, the staff at the place, location, no problem with an invoice and super quick management of it, room itself. All neat, cozy, simply great. I rested, I worked. I'd happily be back of I'm at Brussels again.

- Costo un poco elevado en una segunda reserva. Pero dentro de lo aceptable.

- Очень маленький номер, что не было где даже минимальное количество вещей сложить. Но это не ухудшило моего отдыха

- I was a bit disappointed that my double bed was I assume 2 singles pushed together. It could have been a bit more comfortable.

- Для довольно большого номера маленькая кровать, рядом с кроватью крошечные столики, странный холодильник непонятной конструкции. Не открываются окна

+ L'emplacement est très bien en plein centre ville, la chambre est bien insonorisée et confortable, et le service très bon.

+ We really enjoyed our thoughtfully furnished room with its sustainable furniture. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided were also of very high quality. Check-in was easy and available around the clock. The location was great too — just a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Place.

+ Bon emplacement prêt de Rogier et des institutions. Personnel très sympa. Nuits super calmes.

- Une chambre minuscule, il y en a des plus grandes mais la mienne était minuscule. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours

- Das Zimmer war sehr klein. War okay für einen Business-Trip, aber ich konnte kaum meine Yogamatte ausbreiten
