- O quarto estava com cheiro forte de tinta, o funcionário não foram gentis ao me receber e ainda dividem a recepção com atendimento de uma lojinha de presentes. Nao indico. A música do manequin pis toca ate as 23horas e é alta.

- これはホテルではなく名所に近い土産物屋に部屋があるだけで、入口は土産物屋の横にテンキーがあり？？と思っていると仲から土産物屋店番の人が現れ誰だと、名前を言うと予約確認をし部屋のキーを渡され入室。4日間の滞在で出会ったのは店番をする人のみ、チェックアウトは日曜日で出ようとすると店番のいる扉も体裁程度のホテルスタッフの扉も施錠されておりどうしようかとうろうろ、出発列車の時間もあるののでよく見たらルームキーをかける場所があったのでキーを置き外へ、駅へ向かう途中で偶然初日の店番スタッフに会ったのでチェックアウトすると言ったら「鍵はどうした」というので置いてきたと言ったらそれで終わり。他の口コミでスタッフの対応とか記載されていたがこれはホテルではない、日本の民宿のほうがはるかにすぐれている。これで一泊2万円円以上は信じられない。このサイトの口コミは？？これまで口コミはほとんどしたここは無いが同じ思いをして欲しくないために書きました。

- o hotel é bem antigo, o prédio não tem instalações boas, os quartos não tem ar-condicionado, as escadas são estreitíssimas e o chuveiro oscila demais a temperatura da água, além da cama ser desconfortável e haver rachaduras nas paredes. ficamos no 3o andar e honestamente preferia ter ficado num hotel mais longe a este hotel que não vale nem metade do que foi pago pela estadia. o fato de estar no verão, não haver ar-condicionado e serem 3 andares numa escada que mal passa uma pessoa, estragou minha viagem à Bélgica. ficava triste todo dia so de lembrar que ia voltar ao hotel. nao recomendo.

+ Location it's good, but there is no elevator very incline stairs I'm 82 and my wife 72. Very bad to walk down or going up. The room was filthy no air conditioner the bath room door does not close the shower very bad either you get too hot water or to cool it's very hard to setup the toilet seat is loose that hotel was a very bad choice I know that for the price we won't get Hilton quality but a lest to be decency We won't recommend to our friends no way sorry but if you keep selling those rooms We will going to some place else to book our hotels in the future. We are very disappointed with that hotel and with you. If you ask me to rate that hotel I will give them one start minus. Another issue there is no lobby, no attendant during the nights who you contact in case you need it? Lousy service and lousy place.

+ The staff are super kind and attentive. The location could not be better- I could walk to all the main train stations. Very lively street!

+ La ubicación inmejorable y con buenas vistas. El hotel está reformado (a medias). Camas cómodas.

- Las escaleras estrechas y empinadas. La ducha tiene una alcahofa fija que no se puede mover.

+ Malý, útulný hotel, veľmi príjemný personál. Vstup vo večerných hodinách na kód fungoval výborne. Veľmi strmé a úzke schody do izieb sú jediným obmedzením pre niektorých ľudí. Inak všetko čisté, kúpeľňa a kozmetické prostriedky dostačujúce. Postele pohodlné. Kúrenie funkčné a ľahko nastaviteľné. Hotel má výbornú polohu. Raňajky prinesú len na izbu, ale určite sa oplatili.

+ Perfect location near the Manneken Pis. Nice clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Easy check-in, friendly hosts. Blackout curtains keep out light from the street.

+ Location was excellent, staff friendly and the room good value for money

- I think some facilities could be upgraded i.e. a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room would be a good improvement. Also, when we first checked in the room we were allocated clearly had a broken shower door. We were given another room which was good. However the shower in that room may need tightening or fixing as the shower head wasn't working properly.

- Subir los 3 pisos por unas escaleras super angostas y el no tener desayuno baja unos puntos
