Really good, quite quiet and such lovely and patient staff. Very comfortable beds and felt really safe and secure.

The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from Köln HBF. Being my first solo trip, I was blown away with the value for money this place offered, private rooms with en-suites were modern and very clean, even as a germaphobe I felt comfortable. The staff were lovely and so supportive, and even offered me tea, coffee and other drinks as I checked out for free. Only 5mins by foot from the main station, yet pretty silent at night. The receptionist was super nice and kindly printed something for me - she saved my day

Weder besonders gut not besonders schlecht. Solides Hostel am Hbf!

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr große und moderne Zimmer mit sauberem und relativ modernen Bad. Obwohl es direkt an den Gleisen und auch fast direkt neben einer vielbefahrenen Straße liegt, isolieren die Fenster sehr gut den Schall. Super Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof.

Wir haben ein Twin-Zimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war verschmutzt. Außerdem war es unfassbar warm und stickig im Zimmer. Von dem Hostel versammeln sich auch gerne feierlistuige junge Menschen. Dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Der Mitarbeitende war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

This was an alright stay. It was pretty basic but not what I was expecting from a hostel. It’s more like an extremely extremely basic hotel. The room was fine and clean enough. Tho I did use the main washroom on the ground floor and it was filled with tiny flying bugs, which was really gross. I wasn’t impressed with the hostel in the terms that it was not social at all. I wouldn’t stay here again but it did the job for a couple nights.

All good but needs to do something about the noise. It’s hard to sleep, maybe the windows with noise cancelation.

Room was not cleaned before arrival there was hair in the shower and the bed sheets had crumbs on them. Besides that it was a nice place to stay. The location is right next to the train station and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Günstig, nah am Hbf, in Ordnung für 2 Nächte. Allerdings nicht besonders sauber, und das Zimmer ziemlich karg. Für den Preis aber ok

missed my train to brussels so I stayed here for a night, €70 for a private room isn’t bad and everything was fine but it wasn’t super clean and I didn’t love having to bring my suitcase up three flights of stairs. also like the other reviews say there’s zero social atmosphere whatsoever but that wasn’t necessarily what I was looking for so no big deal. it is a 5 minute walk from the Köln Hbf which is nice

had a great stay here! the staff was so kind and even helped me bring my luggage upstairs, the room was so big and comfortable and the location is super handy, right by the main station and only about a 10 min walk away from the center

An absolute nightmare! Upon arrival, the room was disgusting: dirty, with trash, unmade beds, and an unbearable smell. Reception offered no solution or refund. After endless waits, we were assigned another two-bed room, but the card key didn't work and the lock was broken; we needed someone to escort us every time! To top it off, the shower only provided freezing or boiling water, a widespread issue. A refund was impossible. This was the worst experience in decades of hostel travelling.

Güvenilir korumalı bir hostel. Ao her hostelinde aynı özenş gösteriyor sanırım. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve sıcak konuşuyorlar. Teşekkür ederim

Wundervoller Aufenthalt und super zentral gelegen. :)

Location was perfect, close to main station, „Dom“ and inner city, room was mainly clean with standard equipment, shower only worked with cold water… staff was very kind :)

Das Hostel ist in einer guten Lage, das Zimmer mit Bad war sehr groß und das Personal freundlich 😊 Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Berk did an excellent job, amazing service from him. Berk explained to us everything we needed to know. Gracias por todas las atenciones, nos vemos pronto !!
