Safestay Kitzbühel Centre

I made a booking by accident, canceled within the hour and they still charged me for four full nights. Poor ethical business practices, highly recommend against staying here

Really pretty place in good location. Unfortunately there is no safe guard to prevent parties and noise. We paid about 170 euro for the private room. There was a full party in the common space after the front desk staff left. Terrible night “sleep”. Everything else about the place is great but if you can’t sleep what’s the point?!

Wir hatten rechtzeitig und ausdrücklich ein Einzelbett gebucht, aber ein Etagenbett (das schlechteste im Raum) bekommen, obwohl wir einige Wochen vor der Anreise noch telefonisch bestätigt bekommen haben, dass unsere Buchung berücksichtigt wird. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein anderes Etagenbett oder die Abreise angeboten.

Hostel sa nachádza na treťom podlaží, selfčekin bol perfektný, ale pri príchode o desiatej večer ma čakala kúpeľňa s 3 CM vody všade po podlahe a tak to aj ostalo do nasledujúceho dňa, možno aj v momente čítania tohto príspevku je tam stále...

It is a really nice hostel, but freaking expensive

An excellent modern hostel in the epicentre of Kitzbuhl village. Comfortable beds, individual curtains provide 95% privacy. V expensive but great chance to stay in Kitzbuhl village centre. Noisy bars outside th windows are easy to hear until the wee hours (2-3am) but the earplugs provided did the job we needed. Fantastic ski room with boot heaters

This place was fantastic!! Only a 5 min walk to Kitzbuhel. The Hostel itself has a party vibe. There is night life all over the place. Ditch your car to catch a train and party it up here!!

Top-ausgestattetes und durchdachtes Hostel mit Wohlfühl-Charakter! Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, mitten im Zentrum - dafür Lärmpegel sehr hoch! Ideal für Alleinreisende und zur Selbstversorgung.

Very clean and comfy place to stay. I came in summer and there were not many people there so not great socially. There was rarely someone at reception which was annoying if you had questions etc. overall good facilities and good location.

Alles Top, zu einen unschlagbaren Preis. Komme gerne wieder.

Probably the best hostel I've ever seen. All is new and well organized. Youssouf at the reception is great: very kind, always smiling and ready to help. A special thank also to Kristina that helped us when we forgot our keys: we call the emergency number and after few minutes somebody came and saved us. Thank you guys!❤️

Amazing property

This is by far the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in, very clean rooms. The place is very well taken care of and the staff is extremely friendly. The location makes getting to the A1 lift very easy as well so that's perfect for an inexpensive place to stay for skiing.

Erg fijn Hostel. Misschien wel het schoonste Hostel waar ik ooit ben geweest. Afsluitbare bedden met veel privacy, fijne keuken en makkelijk om mensen te leren kennen.

Super cozy and very well equipped (modern shower room /toilet room/ cozy living room with chil out music ambience/ equipped kitchen with several fridges allocated to dorms number/ induction hob/ inbeded modem microwave/ oven, with wall the cookware/cutlery/plates/several kinds of cups/condiments to cook/ Hostel close to KitzSki resort (staff also ski and might provide ski lessons). Aside room to store and warmed racks to dry the boots.

The room was spotless and cleaned every day, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful whenever I needed anything. I also really appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the other guests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would gladly recommend this place to others.

it was a great stay! very friendly people and helpful staff.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been. The room is spacious, they have a really good communal area, especially the kitchen. The kitchen literally has everything you need, they provide basic sauce, plates, bowl, glass, oven, microwave, baking stuff, etc, you name it. The staff is super kind & helpful. 🫶🏻

Very clean, nice design, easy access with electronic key that also opens the ski/bike cellar. Located in the city center. Very kind and helpful service personnel.
