Dynamic Guesthouse

You are basically a paying guest at someone’s home. The lights automatically go off in the common area at a certain time and the owner tells you ‘no talking allowed’ It was however ideally located. Breakfast was an egg sandwich. Personally, i wouldn’t recommend. Couldn’t wait to leave the place

All in all not a terrible place to stay, but definitely some annoyances. The host (who seems rather nice otherwise) will come behind you and turn the AC off in a room you’re staying in, which in August is almost unacceptable. Beds were very uncomfortable.

It was just a weird vibe. Also all the lockers had the same lock and key so they could unlock each other and towels were not included. Beds were quite hard as well but it was an interesting stay and not bad.

They sent the same email 4 times but didn't answer a question about checkin. I wasn't allowed to sit in the lounge or wait in the hallway before check-in time & had to go out into the rain. The host didn't seem friendly, talkative or that he enjoys his job. The beds are very hard, so your body may hurt. At 2am an alarm in the room started & the lights came on so the night was disturbed. The hostel is ok for just staying overnight, breakfast is very sporadic & there is not much to explore.

The hostel is a converted penthouse and the views are nice. Not much of a social atmosphere. The only downside being we let the owner know we would be arriving before check in to drop our bags off and were left with no response at the door and stuck in the rain for a few hours, which wouldn’t have been such a bother, but we hadn’t slept in 36+ hours and let the hostel know well in advance. We ended up letting in at least 2 other groups after we checked in, who were also stuck outside waiting...

Clean and respectful area. Not very social in early march. Breakfast included was toast, eggs, jam and instant coffee/tea- all make it yourself which was nice! Laundry machine and detergent was free to use, 2000KRW per load. A lot of random items stored around in the kitchen and on the patio (recycling, cleaning supplies, boxes and bins) which lowered the professional feel of the hostel. Overall really good experience, great location within walking distance of Seomyeon :)

I really enjoyed my stay in the guesthouse which is on the 36th level and offers a nice view over Busan! Would come again.

Pros: Nice and new, fantastic location with great views. Decent bed and bathroom too. Cons: Not much but a little quiet, but maybe thats your jam

The hostel has a nice view. It was basically equivalent to a penthouse apartment turned into a hostel. The hostel is a 6 min walk from the metro. If you're looking for a more touristy area, it's not really in a tourist area. I booked a private room and it standard for a hostel. The only drawback or inconvenience I had was that they did not accept credit cards. I had to do back to back ATM transactions to draw cash which was an inconvenience and end up incurring more fees.

Overall a nice place to stay, towels are provided but they are more like hand towels than anything. Bathroom also smelt foul but that’s not necessarily the hosts fault. Hostel has the opportunity to be social but that is dependent on whoever is staying. It’s more like an apartment with a few dorms than a hostel.

Loved this hostel! It was very clean and felt very cozy. The common area feels like your own living room and is a great place to relax The owner is very kind too!

Solid little hostel, quiet and relaxing but in a pretty good area to commute to the livelier spots. Fantastic host, all facilities modern and up to date, clean and readily available.

Probably the most perfect hostel experience I'll ever have. Haru is very helpful, the hostel is in the heart of Busan and makes traveling throughout the city easy, very clean hostel, very nice bathrooms, and very reasonable laundry services - the free breakfast is nice too!

Felt more like a big home (apartment) than hostel. Clean and nice location close to the metro :)

Had a great stay. The view from the hostel is outstanding!! not compareable to any other place.

It is very well located, clean and safe. Pretty spacious dorms and bathrooms with products you can use. Really worth checking it out.

Hostel was very clean and room also was very specious with big bed. Only problem is on 36th floor and owner doesn't even allow to enter the property and wait for check-in if you come before check-in time. That's first ever experience to not even able to access common room until check-in.

Ostello carino al 36° e ultimo piano di un palazzo, ha una bellissima vista, sono stato autorizzato a lasciare lo zaino prima del check-in solo alle ore 11:00 quando invece sono arrivato a Busan alle 9:30 ,hodo vuto spettare le 11:00 per lasciare lo zaino e in ogni caso non era permesso usare il bagno, pare ci sia solo un ragazzo che ci lavora e fa tutto dal check-in alle pulizie ecc .

Very unique place. The hostel is essentially a penthouse apartment that's been converted into a hostel. The host is nice enough and the place is very clean. The view is breathtaking and the free coffee and simple breakfast was a nice touch. For the price, this is a great hostel and I would highly recommend staying here!

I felt very comfortable in the hostel and therefore extended my stay. Clean rooms and a cozy lounge on the 36th floor of a skyscraper. The owner was very friendly. Unfortunately, the beds are uncomfortable and there was no way to lock the room in the women's room. Nevertheless recommendable, especially for a longer stay in Busan!

Super endroit, avec séparation homme-femme, des casiers (amener son cadenas), espace commun très spacieux et agréable ! Attention il faut payer en cash à l'arrivée.
