Sehr kleines, sauberes Zimmer. Kaputte Beleuchtung wurde am nächsten Tag repariert. Sehr teuer. Kein Hinweis, dass 4. Etage ohne Aufzug. Frühstück extrem spartanisch im kalten Keller, für die nächsten Tage nicht stornierbar. Kein eigenes Bad trotz entsprechender Buchung, teilweise stundenlanges Warten auf freien Zugang, dann nicht sauber. Mitarbeiter kam unaufgefordert 2 Mal beim Mittagsschlaf ins Zimmer. Kein Hostel-Feeling, sehr steril. Für das gleiche Geld hätte ich lieber im Hotel ...
Very small, clean rooms. Hood lighting was repaired the next day. Very expensive. No hint, dass 4. floor without elevator. Breakfast extremely spartanisch im kalten Keller, for the next few days not cancellable. No own Bad despite corresponding Buchung, teilweise stundenlanges Waiten auf freien Zugang, dann nicht sauber. Staff came uninvited 2 times during the Mittagsschlaf ins Zimmer. No Hostel-Feeling, very sterile. For the same money I would have preferred to have lived in the hotel.
First of all it is cash only which means you have to pay an atm fee. My first night their the batteries is my locker died resulting in all my personal belongings being locked away from me. The employee was able to open the lock but then told me I should leave my stuff unlocked for the night. Finally at midnight they fixed the locker and told me they would have to give me a new key card this new card was only valid for 1 day even tho I had a 3 day stay, this resulted in me getting locked out.

The staff was friendly, but that’s where the positives end. The key card barely worked, the room was overcrowded with no privacy, and my girlfriend felt very uncomfortable. With no check-in cutoff, people came in at all hours, making it impossible to rest. I've stayed in tons of hostels accross the world and this was by far the worst.
L’auberge est située dans un zone très bruyante et il n’y a aucune isolation des chambres. Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit à cause du trafic et des travaux. Par ailleurs les chambres sont vraiment petites pour accueillir 6 personnes. La douche était bouchée, j’avais de l’eau jusqu’aux chevilles et le ménage n’était pas fait tous les Jours (poubelles pleines, tapis de bain sale, chambre moyennement propre). Dans ma chambre un homme alcoolique buvait dans la chambre. Petit déje...
The hostel is located in a very noisy area and there is no insulation in the rooms. i never slept at night because of traffic and work. besides the rooms are really small for 6 people. the shower was clogged, i had water up to my ankles and the cleaning was not done every day (garbage bins full, bath mat sold, room not so clean). in my room an alcoholic man was drinking in the room. unpleasant breakfast.

The water in the shower wasn’t hot . We also heard from other people that they felt the same. We booked 3 nights in advance, and didn’t have time to move unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend. If you consider this place, think twice, cause you’re going to get very cold… The staff was nice tough….
Terrible experience. I ended up sleeping in the lobby due to a problem the staff couldn’t resolve. We were treated very rudely when we asked for a room change. The atmosphere isn’t like s hostel, rather a very boring inn. Dont book this hostel.
Waited a few days before I reviewed - was not a good stay. We requested an extra day for a two bed room but was not booked for us - only offered us a stay in a four bed dorm for 59 euros - we can get that with air conditioning in other hotels. Showers barely drained so bathroom flooded. Shower heads weren't mounted. Food area downstairs was okay but sinks there didn't drain. Two single beds on top floor don't have any air movement - was 30 degrees in the room both nights even though 17 outside.
Eviter si on est seul. J'ai eu une chambre mansardée très petite même pour une personne, pratiquement sans lumière et ai payé plus de 160€ pour 2 nuits au quatrième étage, sans ascenseur, douche et toilettes communes, avec petit déjeuner basique. Bon emplacement et personnel jeune et agréable, toutefois, très mauvais rapport qualité/ prix si on est seul.
I had a very small attic room even for one person, practically without light and paid over 160€ for 2 nights on the fourth floor, without elevator, shower and communal toilets, with basic breakfast.

I really loved my stay here. The location is superb!! Very central. The place is clean and comfortable bed. Free luggage storage is always a ++. I highly recommend it!

Really nice hostel. The room was really and clean. The breakfast was okay with not so much things but worth it for a good start of the day.
Not my best experience, the room i was in was right on the road, you could here anyone pass by and talk. The top bed if the bunk was impossible to reach without a proper staircase,which was one for 5 bunks. The lockers (that didn't lock also, u need ur own lock) where uncomfortable placed both the way tgey opened but also the placement was in the bottom's bed face

Decent no frills place, no real social scene that I saw so suits families, those looking for a break or those who keep to themselves. Beds could do with curtains though and the usb ports didn't work. Watch out if you struggle with stairs as it can go high and there's no lift.

La ubicación es muy buena, queda justo en el centro y cerca a los lugares turísticos, la atención del personal es amable y es rápido hacer el check in y check out, sin embargo el desayuno no es variado y no se justifica pagarlo, deberían mejorarlo, más tipo buffet o con más opciones, los cuartos son limpios, no muy grandes, pero la cama en la que me quede se le sentían los resortes del colchón entonces no era cómoda, además sería mejor que tuvieran cortinas las camas para más privac...
The location is very good, it is right in the center and close to the tourist places, the attention of the staff is friendly and it is quick to check in and check out, however the breakfast is not varied and it is not justified to pay it, they should improve it, more buffet type or with more options, the rooms are clean, not very large, but the bed I stayed in if the mattress springs felt then was not comfortable, plus it would be better if they had curtains on the beds for more privacy

En el lobby súper amables, hablan muchos idiomas, puedes dejar tus cosas antes del check in y después de check out, súper cerca d ella estación San Bao, tiene agua caliente y secadora de cabello (habitación privada para dos con baño privado)
In the lobby they are super friendly, they speak many languages, you can leave your things before check in and after check out, super close to San Bao station, it has hot water and hair dryer (private room for two with private bathroom)
The hostel is in a great location and very close to everything. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
Belle découverte de Porto grâce à un logement très bien placé, le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible. Les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine pratique et le salon cosy. Seul bémol pour nos oreilles qui ont eu du mal à s’habituer au bruit citadin et aux allers/retours peu discrets dans les escaliers. Nous recommandons quand même avec enthousiasme cet endroit.
Beautiful discovery of Porto thanks to very well placed accommodation, the staff is welcoming, smiling and available. the rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is practical and the living room is cozy. only a treat for our ears who have had a hard time getting used to the city noise and the awkward round-trip in the stairs. we still recommend this place with enthusiasm.
Very friendly staff. Not the greatest social area but nice. Room was nice but a few things like a shower holder and little shelves by the plugs on your bed would be nice
