- The receptionist gave me a bed in the upper side. I couldn't sleep their because I have a problem in my legs. When I asked to take the available one, he said it's booked, but no one came that night until I checked out the next day.

+ Terrible. No contestan después de agendar. Aceptan reservaciones que aunque se hacen las especificaciones después dicen que tienes que seleccionar otro tipo de habitación aunque la app diga algo. No contestan sobre el proceso de reembolso, NO paguen en línea, me robaron el dinero de la reservación que ellos aceptaron y cancelaron , no yo la cancele , además de que no contestaron mis mensajes cuando estaba por hacer check in y tenía dudas d ELA ubicación, al día siguiente cerca de la hora del supuesto check out contestaron con la dirección como si nada. Uno reserva para estar seguro de llegara bun lugar, en este caso no recomiendo ni un poco debido a la atención al cliente.

- Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 412 du 25 au 29 octobre. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté des cheveux dans la salle de bain et des taches au sol. Malgré deux signalements à la réception et la présence de l’assistant manager, le ménage n’a jamais été effectué pendant tout le séjour. Une offre de boissons gratuites a été proposée, mais cela n’a pas remplacé un nettoyage réel. Nous avions également demandé par e-mail la possibilité de décorer la chambre pour une occasion spéciale, mais nous n’avons jamais reçu de réponse. Malgré le cadre agréable, nous sommes très déçus par le manque de propreté et de suivi.

Este alojamiento me gustó mucho, el personal demasiado amable y con la mejor disposición para ayudar en todo. La habitación estaba muy bonita y cómoda, todo limpio y en buenas condiciones. Está muy cerca del metro y hay buenas opciones de comida en la zona.
Best spot for stay and good connectivity
Nice place but only for sleeping and leave your luggage.10 min far from nearest metro station.
Super nicee hostel, friendly staff. Everything was good.
It was a very clean and modern hostel and the staff was great. The area Lambrate isnot safe though. This hotel is on the better side of the railway station but we did not feel safe outside and had a horrible experince at another hostel where homeless people had moved into the lobby, followed us up the stairs and where thw police arrived, before moving to this one instead. Meininger is a serious company so if you must stay in Lambrate, stay here. But we advice you to choose another area.
The place was really nice and the staff were lovely.It was close to the metro and I felt safe there. My only concern was the house keeping! The shower was moldy and the bins were never emptied even though the housekeeper would come in everyday. Other than that, it was a really nice place.
Everything was good and clean.

+ El hostal estaba limpio y bien calefaccionado. No está tan bien ubicado pero está muy bien conectado, bastante cerca de varias estaciones de buses y del metro y tren Lambrate. Buen ambiente y staff agradable.
