Reservé una cama en habitación para 4 chicas, pensé que el baño iba a estar dentro de la habitación, pero NO, está por fuera y lo compartes con más personas. La cama sonaba mucho, todo se veía desgastado, no se puede dormir porque puedes inclusive escuchar las personas afuera o en las otras habitaciones, el baño no se sentía limpio. Además, el personal no fue amable, llegué a las 2 y 45pm, y el chico que me atendió no fue amable por llegar antes. No lo recomiendo, costoso y ni tiene...

Reserve pieza de 8, las literas eran de 3 pisos . Poco espacio , se movían todas, inestables.Desperté en la madrugada con un tipo todo borracho que ni siquiera era de la pieza , orinando una banca al lado de mi maleta.No sabía dónde estaba parado . Hay mucho ruido. La cocina muy sucia . Es una hostal para adolescentes

BEDBUGS!!!

La ubicación y la seguridad bien, pero el hotel es muy malo, todas las puertas suenan horrible es increíble que con tanto dinero no arreglen esas puertas y los baños dañados, las mujeres no tienen seguridad, el personal de recepción es cero empatico y nada amables, se limitan a hacer lo básico y solo estan metidos en el celular. Tampoco hacen aseo todos los días, No se queden allí

The experience was really different for what I expected.

Not the best stay. When we arrived, it took about 20 minutes to check in because there was no staff at the front desk. Both me and my friend woke up to bugs biting us in bed, smelly towels, rude staff, extremely dirty bathrooms. Not coming back

Es unos de Hostel más malo que fui en mi vida, primera cosa que nos paso no te dan un juego de sabana algo más básico y elemental del hotel le fui a reclamar hacía que no entendían que lo que estaba pidiendo el personal malísimo yo no se se hacía tonto o no final de cuenta dormimos sin sabana la habitación para dos persona era demasiado pequeña que no podíamos estar los dos parados y tenía servicio de lavado dejamos la ropa para lavar nos devolvieron toda revuelta sin doblar no usaron...

Berbat. Klima çalışmıyordu. Vantilatör getirdiler sadece. Duşta mahremiyet yok. Koku var. Merkeze uzak. Burda kalınmaz.

First of all the reception lady during my check in is off. She is either judgemental. She prove me right when I return back to hostel then she saw me coming in, she whispered something to other guys in the reception and both guys were then looking at me. These kind of people should never be in the reception. Second, the rooms are so hot. AC is set on 23degress but it felt like 35 up in there. This is my first time sleeping in a hostel with no shirt on. Only + is kitchen

The room has a strong damp smell and the bed is not comfortable to sleep in.

First ever experience in a hostell and I loved it. Such nice staff, comfortable bed, clean and very safe. Would love to visit QUO Milano again. :)

I only stayed for 2 nights in the hostel. Everything was nice inside, and the atmosphere is pleasant. But their email got hacked and I received an email saying that I had to complete the rest of the payment before arriving there, which I didn’t check because it was their email address. Turns out I wasted a lot of money and they didn’t offer a refund or anything to catch up.

Very first hostel! Check in process was super easy. Loved the bunk beds and being able to have your own lock on your locker. Would love to stay here again.

Such a nice time. Great facilities, friendly staff. I've stayed at places that were reluctant to loan out a paper towel, so feeling this much hospitality was wonderful. Tram to Duomo (because ofc everyone goes there) only takes about 15 min.

L’établissement est très bien situé pour facilement marcher ou prendre le tram jusqu’aux coins touristiques, l’équipe était très agréable en revanche les portes des chambres étaient assez mal en point

Hotel assez bien

Hostel très fonctionnel et proche des transports en commun ! Les espaces partagés sont propres et agréables. Petit plus les aliments de bases comme les pâtes sont disponibles dans la cuisine :)

best hostel ever had an amazing stay would definitely recommend for any type of stay I always stay there when I have to go to Milan never disappointed. Good breakfast Combo, amazing kitchen everything is clean, the rooms are cosy (tried room of 6, 4 and 12) a big thanks to the staff especially Rassoul and Navid. A big thanks to the volunteers keeping the kitchen clean and doing amazing animation. I'll be back for sure thank you for everything

Good, but overpriced

o hostel é legal, fica bem localizado, próximo de trem pra deslocar fácil, mas as instalações são péssimas. beliches de metal bambo, barulhentas e cortinas caindo aos pedaços. Banheiro também não foi dos melhores q já fiquei, mas pelo menos era limpo. Me disseram na recepção que meu quarto era antigo, então talvez tenham camas melhores, mas minha experiência foi péssima.

Good hostel to stay for 2/3 days. The best, the music.

Met cool people, and the staff was lovely

On the six person dorm, the toilet seat was on the floor next to the toilet. Door looked like it had been broken through on many occasions. And there is no accessible AC or Heat. But it is a beautiful area a wonderful communal space, great outdoor seating, and a really excellent staff and kitchen facility.

Great location and good value for money

Really great place would highly recommend! I was super impressed but the amount of facilities at QUO and also the information. The 24/7 reception staff were super lovely and helpful and the dorm was clean and spacious with secure doors. The bathrooms were nice but I think they could have been a bit cleaner and have more showers and toilets. But apart from that it was perfect!

It was fine, door to bedroom was broken and could would swing open without a key, locker was too small to fit my carry on size backpack. Washroom cleanliness was meh. Otherwise cleanliness was ok, location was decent, staff were decent

Gostei a localização, cheguei de noite de metrô e andei uns 12 minutos e segue a avenida já está no Duomo. As camas fazem barulho Tem cozinha totalmente equipada, jogos, boa área de convivência, etc… voltarei com certeza
