Decided to ignore the bed bug comments. NEVER AGAIN. Woke up with 30+ bites on my legs and stomach, were flatter than my normal mosquito bites and in clusters. Found a bed bug the size of my nail on my towel on the ground. Manager gave me a refund for the last night I was staying there and moved me rooms. Found bed bug droppings on the floor in the next room. A staff member tried to gaslight me into thinking I’m the only one who’s had this issue. Pay the extra 5-10 euros and stay somewhere nicer

I chose to come to an hostel cause it was a last minute one day trip and the price offer seemed good for the position (even if in the meanwhile I discovered it was not the touristic part of Trastevere so not so comfy to walk around). Unfortunately I had a terrible experience, the day after I came home I got an irritation to the legs due to bed bugs, I stayed two days with itching, red signs on legs and swollen ankles (my doctor verified it). Even in the bathroom there were no soaps to wash.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hostel was disappointing. Apart from the friendly receptionist, everything else was subpar. They had bed bugs in several rooms, and despite the advertised age limit of 18-35, I woke up to two men in their 50s-60s, which made me feel uncomfortable. The blankets were thin, the shower flooded. I don’t recommend this hostel—it’s worth spending a bit more for a better experience

Another room reported bed bugs when I was there but I didn’t have any. Otherwise, it was clean and it was nice having an en-suite and the option to not have a bunk bed

Bed bug alert! I reached out to the hostel via email to make them aware that I had been extensively bitten by bed bugs during my stay. I did not ask for a refund, simply to make them aware, but I did not even get a response. I was covered in bites from feet to shoulders, and struggled to sleep for a week due to the itchiness.

A descent place to stay, relatively close to a lot of stuff. The bathroom smelt horrible and had no lock on the door, but you get used to that. Gotten some bedbug bites after the visit.

Overall experience was very good. The hostel, the hallways and the bathroom were clean (the toilets have bidets) and the staff are very friendly. The hostel is around 25-45 minutes away from the city center which is not bad. However my bed wasn’t very clean and it wasn’t made when I arrived, and I felt one or two bed bug bites/itchiness during the night. The other bed however was made up and clean so it’s probably an individual incident.

BED BUGS! I had bed bugs in my room and the boss of the hostel told me to not talk about it. He was trying to hide it. They changed me rooms and offered me breakfast (5€) for compensation. The worst part was that they put another guest in the same bedroom so they don’t care about it. I wanted a refund but it was only for a night. The bathroom isn’t clean, not enough plug to charge your things.

I only had limited time at the hostel as i was only there for one night. The staff were lovely, however, unfortunately i did get bitten by bed bugs.

Not a pleasant experience. I was given a bed with bedbugs after the guest the day before had reported the bed bugs.When I reported the issue to management they denied it and I had to speak with long term guests to learn that management was totally aware of this issue upon my arrival. Management wasn't going to issue me a full refund so I told them I would speak to website about the bed bugs. Their response was that if I notify website they will add charges to my account

No joke, I stayed in room 20 and there were bed bugs. Haven’t come across them my whole trip, and I was shocked at finding them in every bed. It was gross. And the staff did nothing to help, after we showed them the infestation. Do not stay if you don’t want bed bugs.

I stayed for a short amount of time which was ideal as it was one of the most affordable options! All in all, staff was super friendly. I would recommend them to maybe have some spare locks for people to rent or buy. I had the impression of the mixed bedroom and bed being clean, even though I spotted some bites after the first night and those could have been bed bugs. Bathroom could be cleaner and would be nice to to have lights and power outlets next to every bed. Breakfast was good!

There were bed bugs when I stayed. Don’t go here. Not worth the cheaper price since I had to wash my entire bag and had bites all over me.

Não recomendo, experiência muito ruim. Porta do quarto quebrada desde a chegada e a equipe não prestou suporte adequado. Banheiro sem sabão líquido, limpeza abaixo do esperado e quartos com poeira. Área das malas sem segurança. Além disso, não havia sequer água mineral disponível para compra.
To be honest, there is no privacy and hygiene. First of all, it is so nonsense why toilet and bathroom are outside of the room and if I want to take a shower there is also no privacy because of the design of showers. And there is no soap or shampoo, they also throw your personal things even though you still staying in there. Also, why is you guys make a mixed hostel room next to female room. Because there was a guy while we were trying to sleep, he looked us and laughed even though we warned him
Me quede en este Hostel por un día y verdad es en que relación al precio, muy sucio.. un valor alto para lo poco que ofrecen, baños sucios, areas comunes sucias, el personal amable.. pero en comodidad y confort nada que ver.. no volvería, tampoco lo recomendaría
The door to the room was coming off the hinges so wouldn’t lock properly, I was told I needed to get coins for the washing machine- did exactly that only to have put my clothes in for a cycle and they came out half dry, only then was I told by staff “oh yeah it’s actually broken” after we’d already discussed where I could get change to pay for it, staff were quite rude about this situation, facilities in bathrooms were disguising with urine on the floor and no toilet roll. Do not stay ...
SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!È invaso da cimici da letto, non sembra perché i materassi sono nuovi ma io ne ho vista una correre nella mia valigia che ho preso con una bottiglia vuota e portata in reception, mi hanno spostata di camera ma hanno minimizzato. Ora sono invasa di bolle e dovrò disinfettare ogni cosa di casa mia. Sono molto arrabbiata per questo e non ho ricevuto niente da loro.....io ero nella stanza 102 poi spostata alla 4. Tutto ciò per me è assurdo!!!!
I'm inundated with bed bugs, not because the mattresses are new but I don't see a runner in my suitcase that I caught with an empty bottle and carried to the reception, they moved me from camera but they minimized it. Now I'm inundated with bed bugs and I'll have to disinfect everything in my house. I'm very angry about this and I didn't get anything from them.....I was in room 102 then moved to room 4.
A estrutura do hostel é moderna, mas isso não compensa os problemas graves da estadia. Durante todo o período, a água do chuveiro não esquentava e o ar condicionado nao era quente, o que é inaceitável, especialmente no inverno. Além disso, passei por uma situação de assédio dentro do hostel, o que foi extremamente desconfortável e assustador. O staff é mal-educado. Um lugar que deveria ser acolhedor e seguro acabou sendo exatamente o oposto. Não recomendo e não voltaria.
The structure of the hostel is modern, but that does not compensate for the serious problems of the stay. during the whole period, the shower water did not heat and the air conditioning was not hot, which is unacceptable, especially in winter. in addition, I went through a harassment situation inside the hostel, which was extremely uncomfortable and scary. the staff is rude. a place that should be cozy and safe ended up being exactly the opposite. i do not recommend and would not return.

Los baños no tienen seguro, el baño sucio y mal olor , dentro olor a encierro total hasta la ropa quedó con ese olor
The bathrooms have no insurance, the bathroom is dirty and smells bad, inside smells of a total enclosure until the clothes stayed with that smell
It was not clean, the blankets smelled weirdly, the shower was disgusting and it lacks maintenance. Too expensive for not even having hand soap in the bathroom and not having the towel included.

This was a pretty nice hostel, it was expensive though, but only there for two days so it was pretty good.

Me quede en este Hostel por un día y verdad es en que relación al precio, muy sucio.. un valor alto para lo poco que ofrecen, baños sucios, areas comunes sucias, el personal amable.. pero en comodidad y confort nada que ver.. no volvería, tampoco lo recomendaría

Nice hostel, good for a night or two. Vibes weren't super social and the room was a bit warm. Otherwise fine!
it's a nice place, but air con not working so it was really hot especially at night, and the room had lovely big windows but that meant it was extremely bright so it was hard to sleep at times, & we had no soap in our bathroom the whole stay, Staff was nice and location is great tho.

The location in Trastevere is hard to beat, the vibe is young and social, and the overall facilities are decent. Most of all the beds are very comfortable! That said, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room had a strong (almost unbearable sewage smell). On top of that, the bathrooms were missing soap, which feels like a basic that shouldn’t be missing. Housekeeping in general could use a significant step up. One personal note: the bunks don’t have curtains or dividers, so no priva...
Personal muy amable (depende de quién te toque) pero instalaciones muy mejorables. Principalmente los aseos, dan bastante asco los baños, pude entrar en 4 distintos por un cambio de habitación (no fue elección mía, fue por logística suya), así que sí dan asco los WC.
Mainly the toilets, and quite disgusting the bathrooms, I was able to get into 4 different ones for a change of room (it wasn't my choice, it was for their logistics), so yes and disgusting the WCs.
We stayed in the All Female room, which comes with 2 showers in the room. If the showers were running at the same time, there would be no hot water in one of them. The beds were very comfortable, but mine had no accessible outlet nearby. There is no luggage storage in the rooms so we had to put our bags in the closet, which required getting the keys from the front desk every time. The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday we were there.
The bathroom in my room smelled like someone had peed on the wall and it had never been cleaned up. The main shower head was missing its handle but luckily the handheld head worked. The water in the shower also didn’t heat up in my first night. The bed was clean and there was good proximity to public transport but I would never stay there again and I also never leave reviews but I felt like I had to for this one.

No tiene actividades sociales eso le baja puntos. Pero tiene muchos espacios comunes muy lindos, es muy tranquilo para el paso. Camas cómodas después de una larga caminata la ducha también está bien

Nel bagno della mia stanza l'acqua della doccia arriva a essere appena tiepida, non calda; il phon non funzionava, perciò ho rinunciato a fare una doccia. Del personale era presente solo l'operatrice in reception e nessuno in grado di verificare quanto ho segnalato.
In the bathroom of my room the shower water happened to be just lukewarm, not hot; the phone didn't work, so I gave up taking a shower.
