HI - Serra da Estrela Pousada de Juventude

We have stayed in hostels all over the world. We were very disappointed. It is more of a second class hotel. The cleaning lady was the only friendly staff. We emailed in advance to ask about food availability and got no response. The staff had no knowledge of when food was availableWe should have received an email in advance letting us know how scarce food was in the area. There was no sense of community. The staff had little to no knowledge of hiking trails. It is just a job. Beds were very bad

Muito bom!! Aconselhava muito para vir a estadia:)

No geral, a estadia foi boa, porém a água do chuveiro poderia ser mais quente, especialmente considerando o frio da região. Melhorar esse ponto certamente deixaria a experiência ainda mais confortável. Além disso, não havia sabão disponível no banheiro, o que acabou sendo um inconveniente.

Great spot to stay at when hiking in the mountains. Nothing exceptional, but everything is well maintained (maybe the bunk beds are too loose)

Bien située, agréable pour quelques jours seulement, j'ai trouvée que les dortoirs étaient assez vieillot et très mal isolée. La porte des toilettes ne se fermait pas. En revanche, très bonne ambiance, l'auberge est grande, il y a un bar et une cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est inclus ! L'auberge propose également un repas du midi et du soir. Pas très loin, vous pouvez faire un patinage.

Amazing place I felt like I was in a 4 star hotel!
