- Rude and inconsiderate manager. Pathetic hospitality. We were asked to search for a different hotel at midnight. Major inconvenience was caused.

- Teníamos que hacer todas las camas (edredones sucios) y el olor de la cocina compartida que teníamos al lado.
- Ik werd om 4 uur s'ochtends wakker door allerlei insecten die over mij krioelden. Dit bovenop de schimmel in de douche maakte het verblijf niet aangenaam
+ I land at 9 pm and hit the bed . When i couldn't sleep i realized it was because of bed bugs. Attaching pics. I get up at 3 am and try to see someone at the reception or bar and cant reach anyone .There are no emergency numbers .I called boking.com who said we will email them in next 24 hours . Full stop. No communication has been received by me or anyone else till now . Its been 4 days and i am in pain with the bedbugs bites and makes . Shame on you booking.com

+ Nice, quiet location, big kitchen, nice restaurant and bar, friendly stuff, overall very clean and comfortable
- currently there is a problem with BED BUGS in the bunk Inn. the issue was known but not communicated. my reservation for a female dorm changed into mixed without notice. I only found out why when I reported the bugs I had seen at reception. I have itching bites allover my body.
+ The breakfast was good. Staff very polite.
- I was bunked with another guest who kept me up all night due to my snoring. He could not sleep, so kept waking me up. Thinking that I will stop. Finally after he's incessant clapping to keep me from snoring. He came over and said can you stop snoring, he can't sleep duh. I told him, if I could stop. Don't you think I would?. Anyway, 4am I left the room and sat in the car and walked outside until breakfast time. 8am, . I mentioned it to the staff . They asked what should they do and they will pass this onto the owners. I said, as a suggestion, since they are a small quarters accommodations. You should provide at least ear plugs. This way, you are trying to ilimanate a restless night of a customer. I will never get a shared accommodation again. It's cheap for a reason. You might have a nice drink, meal and breakfast but if you don't have sleep. There reason you are staying there for. What's the point??

- Les horaires pour prendre et libérer la chambre L’empressement avant l’arrivée du rappel des horaires de départ le lendemain à 10 h ! L’absence d’équipement tel que télé , bouilloire C’est plus un gîte qu un hôtel

Very comfortable stay - everything brand new and spotless. The attached pub and restaurant are also really good. I'd prefer another veg/vegan option on the menu tho!

+ A must when staying in Drumnadrochit or Lewiston. 30 min walk from the Urquarth castle and 10 min from the Loch Ness centre. Great staff, very nice restaurant as well as a kitchen for those who want to cook for themselves. Big family rooms. I will return.
This was a great place, modern and clean. Food and drink in the restaurant and bar were excellent. Only downside was the lack of a functioning drying room.

- Not centrally located. Nothing really near it. 20 minute walk to shops.

The quiet The heating didn't work, we complained and it still didn't work. we had to sleep with the sweatpants on

The hotel is located in a small town, and my daughter really liked it.The property is recent, clean and well maintained.

- Que tuviésemos que hacer todas las camas cuando llegamos. La habitación ne recordó cuando los niños se van con el colegio. Las camas sonmuy simples, te encuentras la ropa de cama en cada cama y te la tienes que hacer tú te dejan una bolsa grande y antes de irte tienes que retirar toda la ropa de cama y toallas y meterlas allí.
The beds are very simple, you find the bedding in each bed and you have to make it for yourself you are left with a big bag and before you leave you have to remove all the bedding and towels and put them there.

- only one bathroom and on toilet for 6 people
