cool setting and bed was made every day, staff were not too friendly and tried to overcharge on lots of things including scooter rental and the famous dolphin trip. we also paid for breakfast included which we did not receive. decent place for just a couple nights but wouldn’t recommend over somewhere else.
From first glance the hostel was a weird layout and I had booked a 4 bed but put in a 6 bed. The beds all face each other and some don’t have curtains and even when they do you can still see through them. There is nowhere to lock up your valuables either. The worst part of this stay was a rat came into my room in the night and into my bag. Sort out the gaps at the top of the rooms that allow for any animal to come in
Unfortunately this is one of the only hostels in the area.. if I ever come back I will splurge for a hotel pros: it’s close to the beach cons: - almost every interaction I had with the woman who owned this place was negative. She was quite rude with out any type of provocation. - I didn’t get correct change back when paying for my stay - You have to pay for water and the asking price is more then going to the mini market for water near by - the electricity went off in the middle of the ...
I cannot recommend to stay in this hostel. There is no atmosphere at all and the staff is unfriendly and only interested in money. Also, the dorm has no proper mosquito protection (no AC or mosquito net, just a few fans which are not enough for the room).
This is my first review for a hostel after travelling for 3 months as it is that bad. There are no mosquitoe nets and only 2 fans for a 6 bed dorm. In an area where there are so many rice fields it is so unsafe to not have mosquito nets when the room has huge open holes. They literally just want your money. The main dormitory in the photos looks closed however it is completely open. A massive health and safety risk for any tourist! I don’t think they should be allowed to have people stay! ...
This hostel is a very big scam. Coming there, the lady working tried to sell a private room when there was a dorm bed available. Later that night the staff got into an argument with a client and the staff started screaming and not letting the client finish his sentence this bothered everyone trying to sleep. Later she charged me way too much for laundry, just like how they charge way too much for other tours around the area. At last, my friend and I booked a cab to Padang bai to get a ferry,...
there is rats where you sleep and cockroaches where you shower. the owner will do the maximum for you to sleep more nights there and then the minimum of the minimum if you are not sleeping more. bargain or find other persons to do activities because she will ask you too much

Personeel niet echt aardig, eigenaresse was nogal irritant en best gemeen. In de gedeelde slaap zaal was geen airco en geen klamboe, terwijl het eigenlijk een soort open ruimte was. Accommodatie was over priced maar verder zag het er wel leuk uit.
It is clean but there are not many people in the hostel. One night is enough to see lovina and everything.

Low rating due to the fact I was the only person staying so no atmosphere and felt a bit creepy - however I would recommend staying here the night before the Dolphin Trip. Clean, free breakfast and juice was good, staff was friendly. Was able to shower the next day and get picked up. You’re walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Good stay.
Nous avons ADORÉ cet hôtel avec ma sœur, le personnel est adorable et cela joue vraiment sur la qualité de l’hôtel. On s’y sent bien, les chambres et espaces communs sont propres, beaux et bien entretenus. Parfait, je n’ai pas les mots et je suis prête à y retourner rien que pour les petits déjeuners aussi qui sont à tomber par terre. Merci merci merci merci merci merci !! Terima Kasih !!
My sister and I LOVED this hotel, the staff is adorable and it really plays on the quality of the hotel. It feels good, the rooms and common areas are clean, beautiful and well maintained. Perfect, I don't have the words and I'm ready to return there nothing but for breakfast too which is falling on the floor. The people working there are so nice and the room was great! Really felt at home and walking distance to the beach. Has a lot of spa and massage facilities, which are great! Also easy to book a tour true the hostel with good companies. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
Very fantastic and zen place.
The staff is just lovely. I had to go to the hospital during my stay and they were very supporting and kept asking how I feel. Unfortunately not so busy so not ideal for socializing.
It’s pretty cheap and the aircon worked so that was good. The hot water didn’t work and the shower would loose water frequently. Wifi didn’t work in the room or balcony area which was a bummer.
Overall we had a lovely stay in Lovina. It’s a really cute hostel, walking distance to the beach and the hostel provides loads of activities. Just make sure you go with the correct money and don’t accidentally give too much!
The Hostel is okay. The double room was clean and cute, everything is very colorful and with a love to detail. On the other hand is the main host (the lady there) kinda strange. She is friendly but everything that she offers is really overpriced and you cannot rely on her. You should book everything somewhere outside of the hostel. The breakfast was okay, got a nice fruit bowl but on the second day she wasn't even there at breakfast time.
Die Mitarbeiter waren super unfreundlich, das wlan hat nicht funktioniert und auch sonst einfach nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schade.

Decent place only a few minor complaints - our room wasn’t clean when we arrived (there were pants in our room and cockroaches) - the pool is kinda small and dirty - the women on reception could have at least smiled !? Also she asked us to check out early without any warning lol
Okay hostel. There is a small pool but not much space around it, so the hostel isn't a place where people hang out. Also, when I booked it said breakfast included (literally stated on my booking). The private rooms could be bookes breakfast included or not, but the dorms only had a 'standard' option. Turns out breakfast was not included, so information on the website is misleading and woman of the hostel was not very accomodating about it. Young guy who works at hostel is very friendly tho.

Es ist eine sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Familie die das Hostel betreibt ist unfassbar nett. Die Frau macht super leckeres Frühstück und ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie kümmert sich sehr um ihre Gäste und ihr liegt ganz viel an deren wohl! Insgesamt hatte ich einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt & würde jederzeit wiederkommen!
It's a very very nice accommodation. The family that runs the hostel is incredibly nice. The woman makes super delicious Breakfast and is super friendly and helpful. She takes very good care of her guests and you are very much in their well-being!

Super cute accommodation, you can't do that much there, but even alone it's very cute.
This was a good hostel experience. The owner (Mary) and her staff (Feby) are the nicest people ever! Thanks for making my stay special. They offer a transport to the restaurant called funky place and the location is quite ok. The pool is clean and there is a big chill area. The dorm has 6 single beds with curtains in between and we saw some cockroaches on these curtains. The next day they were spraying the room with an anti-mosquito spray! About the dolphin tour - book it at the habour!
El alojamiento estaba bien y limpio, es agradable pero si buscas conocer gente (al menos cuando yo fui) es muy tranquilo, el personal es muy amable
The accommodation was nice and clean, it's nice but if you're looking to meet people (at least when I was gone) it's very quiet, the staff is very friendly
Hostel was nicely designed with a nice pool area. Was a bit dead with not many people socialising. Staff were mostly friendly when walking around the facilities but got a bit of a strange vibe from the owner. I think she tried to overcharge for the price of my stay when I first arrived and she charged someone else a different price for a beer compared to what she told me it cost when I bought one. So be careful when it comes to money here!
