- Escasa aislación de ruido en piezas.
+ La limpieza, el orden
- La atencion del personal, caras poco amables, no disponibilidad de estacionamiento ni cocina en la noche, llegamos tarde y no pudimos bañarnos ni usar la cocina. Deberia tener mas consideración el personal.
+ Heel fijn hostel, ruime kamers, goede bedden, mooie tuin en vriendelijk personeel.
- De locatie is ver van het centrum. Je hebt een auto nodig.

+ Me encantó el ambiente
+ One of the best hostels I have ever stayed. From the personal, Andrea is a very heartwarming and kind person, as well as both Marias, to the very peaceful place itself, it was a very very nice place to be. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped and it’s very clean as well. Would definitely come back!
The hostel is a dream. The best hostel I've been to. It's super clean, the staff and volunteers are super nice. The atmosphere totally relaxed. Here you can slow down. Comfortable beds, kitchen top. A bit remote but if you walk 20 minutes to the main road, there are bus stops that go in all directions. I would definitely recommend it to everyone! Muchas muchas gracias! 🫶

- Un peu cher
- Demasiado ruido por las noches. Hubo una pequeña fiesta la noche que nos hospedamos, la chica de la limpieza estaba a las 5 de la mañana lavando loza, se le cayó un vaso lo que hizo mucho ruido. Nuestra habitación estaba entre la cocina y el baño de mujeres, por lo que fue imposible descansar del ruido.

Further from Pucon than we thought but we had a car so it didn't affect us as much as other travellers. Has a noise curfew at night which is fine as long as it is followed (our first night a group decided to have a party starting at midnight). The first morning we woke up to no water anywhere but this was fixed by the time we got back after our excursion. Would recommend a car or bike to anyone staying here unless you don't mind a decent walk to Pucon to get supplies/ onward transport.
es war sehr entspannt in diesem hostel. man ist nur leider ohne auto etwas abgelegen, allerdings funktioniert trampen oder uber ganz gut. das personal war super lieb und es wurde sehr viel für sauberkeit und ordnung getan!

+ Las instalaciones estaban impecables, por el precio pagado está maravilloso, pieza muy ordenada, duchas buenas, baño amplio, sala común, cocina equipada. Andrea, la anfitriona me recibió y me informó todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estadía. El lugar está alejado de la vía principal, es como una parcela, por lo que es muy tranquilo. Si vuelvo a Pucon definitivamente volveré. Lina excelente anfitriona también 😺
- Por criticar algo, el camino no estaba taan bueno
+ Super endroit si l’on recherche le calme et si on aime la nature. Ce chalet est si paisible, chaleureux, très très propre, Andrea l’hôtesse est aux petits soins, de nombreux services sont proposés et pour se déplacer il y a soit un bus à 20m à pieds soit le taxi a un coût très correct.

+ Un lugar mágico para desconectar y descansar, Antonella una excelente anfitriona mis hijos y yo lo pasamos increíble volveríamos siempre al mismo lugar. Gracias ☺️
