bed bugs meant i couldn’t sleep in my bed . i called and messaged but no resolution was given .

Swimming pool area is nice, but staff don't know anything and have a hard time to help you. They are nice, but not very good communicators. Bathroom is not good, strong smell, water from the shower doesn't go down.

We got bedbugs from this place. Wouldnt recommend

Vreselijke klantenservice. Hadden voor twee nachten privé kamer. Gelijk eerste ochtend werden we wakker gemaakt dat we de kamer uit moesten want was geboekt door iemand anders. Twee uur lang moeten discussiëren om duidelijk te maken dat we wel twee nachten hadden geboekt om vervolgens van een zes naar een vier persoons kamer te worden gestuurd terwijl we hadden betaald voor de grotere zonder enige compensatie. Geen relaxte manier om te verblijven want foutje kan worden gemaakt maar de eigenaar...

We had bed bugs, so we had to leave the Hostel!!!

Extrem unflexibel mit der Buchung. War nur 30 min. Da und habe zwei Ratten gesehen. Die Zimmer sehen nicht so aus wie auf dem Bildern.

it wa one of the most unpleasant hostels of my 40-day trip in Indonesia. They canceled my booking and charged me for two nights without informing me, so I had to pay again for the same nights. I ended up paying for four nights but only stayed two. The room lacked a curtain, and we had to pay for a key. The constant sound of the fountain was disturbing, mosquitoes were everywhere, and the pool seemed too dirty to swim in. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The wifi is horrendous. I almost missed a tour because the guide was trying to contact me for so long on WhatsApp but my phone wouldn’t connect. Couldn’t look anything up on the internet. I mentioned it several times (along with others). Linens, towels do not smell good. I had to exchange my towel because it smelt like nachos. My next towel was the same. Bed felt damp and smelly. Decided to switch up hostels in Kuta, regret my decision. Common areas are nice, kitchen is nice, felt ...

I booked this place, as my flight was due to arrive at mid night and this place is only a short walk away. I emailed to let them know of my late arrival straight after booking, incase they could not accommodate. I received an email saying that they will send check in instructions. I never received any. On my arrival I tried to call, WhatsApp and contact the website. Nothing. So at 1:30am I had to figure out where I was going to stay, and luckily I found a hotel close by.

DO NOT STAY!!!! worst experience in my whole of traveling in this hostel. Charged my card £100 for 2 nights, 2 people and refused to give the money back for over an hour. Then they gave us some of the money back (still overcharging us) we went to get food they chased us down the road on mopeds, demanded more money and spammed my phone with calls. We returned after eating and decided to cancel in which they told us they couldn’t give back in cash and the receptionist was shouting & swearing at...

Great location and the staff was lovely! Super helpful, would recommend:)))

Enjoyed spending the night here + had a very nice indoor/outdoor space. Would recommend as a place to stop over in Kuta

très bon hostel de passage, proche de l'aéroport et des commerces. personnel agréable

Such an amazing place!! Everyone is so cute and friendly. The place is clean, tidy, and fresh. Bu Jero is the chef and she prepare beautiful meals, and she was so kind and maternal. I highly recommend this place.

Incredible find - a little oasis in the middle of crazy Denpasar. Really close to the airport. Big rooms, lovely communal area, nice swimming pool. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend.

When cleaning the doms should do it a bit later or in a quiet manner, also the coffee isn’t good and there’s no filters provided. Other than that it was a good value for money! Thanks you

Amazing stay. Such a nice vibe inside. Very caring staff and nice accommodation. Fair price for food laundry or scooter renting. I will come back without hésitation if I go back to Bali and close to the airport 10 min walking. Thank you❤️

They do not take card payments. As I was staying only one night, I'd hoped to avoid taking out cash at the airport to avoid the transaction fee. I offered to bank transfer, but the ladies refused, and as the atm at the station was broken insisted I went all the way back to the airport to get cash out. This took me forty minutes meant my stay almost doubled in price. On the plus side, it was very easy to get to the airport the next morning, I slept well and the shower was fine.

Personnel très agréable et j’ai eu de la chance de rencontrer des gens très sympa donc ça c’est super bien passé. Pratique car à 15min à pied de l’aéroport

We booked this hostel because of how close it was to the airport and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hostel was. We stayed in a private room for one night The hostel was so nice, room was clean and comfy. Many amenities was offered here, would definitely stay again

Very convenient location for airport, clean and safe hostel with nice staff. Good looking pool and koi pond. Private room was very nice and spacious. Didn’t seem the most social, but I was also in a private room.

The staff were super nice! And nice hostel. I didn’t like the location, but being close to the airport was the idea. There was no breakfast :( but apart from this was a nice stay! 🫶🏽
