Tout simplement un hôtel avec des chambres partagées et moins cher. Only after actually staying here did I fully understand what other reviews meant by saying this place is essentially a hotel. The room appeared to be a former hotel room that had been filled with beds. The beds were placed extremely close together, and five of us were essentially sleeping side by side in what felt like one large shared sleeping area. Only a very thin blanket was provided. Strongly do not recommend. Despite reviews, I booked it as there were limited options. The room was in workers' quarters near the kitchen, very small with a bunk bed, and noisy due to large ventilators outside. The bed was clearly slept in with hair in the sheets, and bathroom was unclean. At check-in, despite a €50 deposit, they demanded full payment, with deposit refund in 15 days. Staff were rude and I was made to feel like I’m being unreasonable about only wanting to pay the remainder.

Staff were nice, but overall the rooms and facility we were staying in wasn't great.

Really did not enjoy my stay. I felt staff were unhelpful, the room was really dirty and unclean, it was REALLY hot (aircon kept glitching/ not working and a tiny window that let in a lot of mosquitos). Overall, i would not recommend staying here. I stayed for three days but wanted to leave after the first (no other options near by though).

i got bed bugs from the mattress i was on, and the reception didn’t really care. they moved me to a different room but still charged me for my whole stay. i love love love sorrento and i was amazed at how lovely the hostel was and how nice the reception was until that happened :/ no one else in my room had any issues that i know of, so it could have been just my mattress, but i just wished i could have gotten a refund at the bare minimum

Staff were nice, however the rest was not. Firstly, the layout of the rooms are very strange and the beds are uncomfortably close to each other. There is nowhere to lock your bags or anything up except for a tiny safe that only one person can use. The bathroom was flooded and dirty when I arrived and the poor reception staff was forced to come and clean it up. There is also absolutely no atmosphere at all, you will not meet new people here. Do not recommend, especially if you are a back packer

It’s not a real hostel… we had bed bugs they booked us another room though, but we didn’t get that much help for the problem.

I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t bad, this time we got into the room and it was a boiler room and there was one fan that didn’t work for 6 people. They kept taking the fan that we got from reception after going down at least 4 times (one being at 4 am) and they were unable to turn down the temperature because of it not working. I’ve never left a review before but you’re better off just going to a hotel. The rooms are just a hotel room with three or four cots in the middle. No common space no kitchen no way to meet people. Worst hostel I’ve stayed in in Europe so far

Un hotel con habitaciones con más camas. Tiene todo lo de un hotel, pero además te calientan la comida si lo necesitás, tiene bañera, otorga toalla y shampoo y te ayudan en la recepción de necesitar ayuda turística. Un lujo todo. Barato para ser Sorrento y perfecto para hacer de base para la Costa Amalfitana.

Excelente! Increíble que tenga fachada de hotel palace y sea un hostel! Me sorprendió! La atención un 10. Christian súper amable y habla muy bien los idiomas!

Had an incredibly pleasant stay here. The staff were lovely and very helpful, we had issues with our bathroom which were promptly addressed. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the main part of Sorrento and the beach. Would happily stay here again!

Ulisse Deluxe was an amazing hostel. The staff at the desk were very kind and extremely helpful. The room was amazing and there were staff who cleaned it everyday. The breakfast in the morning was also very appetising. It felt like more of a hotel experience but at a much better price. Highly reccomend

This hostel was honestly amazing, the location was only a couple of blocks from the main square and the staff was honestly some of the best. They truly made our stay there so enjoyable

This was heaven, an amazing place to stay. Me and my mate got lucky and had the room to ourselves with a bathroom connecting and it was wonderful. Helpful staff, super clean, it felt very safe and the location was perfect 11/10

My girlfriend and I loved our experience booking here. We ended up on a different, upgraded property because the hostel was oversold. We still ended up paying the same price and having breakfast included. We also made use of the spa center to relax after long travels and really enjoyed that. I have stayed in the hostel before, and that is why we booked it. This time around, the experience ended up being even better and we owe it to the folks behind the scenes working this property.

Pasamos 4 días en este alojamiento, con muy buena ubicación tanto para recorrer el centro de Sorrento y también del puerto de pescadores. Destaco la atención de Cristian en recepción quien nos recibió con calidez, nos recomendó excelentes excursiones (A Capri), también nos sugirió buenos restaurantes y ofreció un buen servicio para rentar una Vespa. Solo una crítica: el desayuno no está incluido, sale 10 euros por persona y si bien es muy variado, resulta muy costoso.
