Boa tarde, fiz uma reserva para as datas 19/10 há 26/10 porém não conseguir viajar por problemas no voou desde então estou tentando entrar em contato mas sem sucesso e suporte algum referente ao valor que paguei só recebo resposta automática

Ich habe mich auf das hostel sehr gefreut, da die Bilder super aussahen. Als ich angekommen bin habe ich erstmal feststellen müssen, dass der ganze Holzboden kaputt ist. Im Zimmer war eine Innenwand ausgebessert worden, aber darunter war der mega Schimmel und alles feucht. Das Zimmer konnte ich problemlos wechseln, allerdings wieder sehr viel schimmel im Bad! Die Matratzen um den Pool sind alle schimmlig. Im ganzen ist die Lage gut, aber sehr viel kaputt, dreckige Handtücher und schimmlig

A área comum do hostel é boa e bonita. Mas o quarto que fiquei não tinha janela nem outro meio de ventilação. O quarto fedia. Tudo ficava úmido, porque o banheiro também não tinha sistema de ventilação. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Os itens de cozinha são extremamente precários. A única parte que achei boa foi a localização e a piscina.

very disappointed in this hostel. lets just say my first night i had to sleep in the co working space at 3am. it was very dirty and smell so bad in the room as well. the pool is nice but other than that its not worth the money. the kitchen wasnt working either. also if youre travelling solo just stay at viajeros its much better!

Do not stay in the 10 bed dorm, the room was unhygienic and disgusting and unfortunately no availability to upgrade. Notified staff of maintenance issues (no light in bunk) which was never fixed. Bought two drinks from the bar and was overcharged by COP155,008 and despite messaging still no response.

The pools are very nice, however the dorms are nasty. They are kept way too cold with no ventilation. Broken lights, curtains and mold on walls. With 8 people in a room the smell in the morning is rancid. Also soooo much construction going on, which is fine accept they should really focus on fixing up what they currently have instead of adding more. Music at pool was obnoxiously loud all day. Also, wifi was nonexistent.

Simplesmente perfeito!! Estrutura de resort, pessoal atencioso e localização super estratégica.

me gustó mucho todo, podrían tener más opciones en los buffets o comida de la carta, pero en general es muy buen lugar, lo súper recomiendo en todo, es seguro, todo es muy limpio, te parchas con todos, tiene zonas comunes muy bacanas, me gustó mucho

Excelente estrutura, com ótimo custo benefício. As piscinas são excelentes, o café da manhã tem um buffet com muita variedade de pães doces e salgados, frutas e bebidas. A comida do restaurante é excelente e tem um ótimo custo benefício! Recomendo as massas com frutos do mar! Maravilhoso!!!

Die Kuche war sehr spartanisch und die schränke eher dreckig. Die Atmosphäre und Lage sind nicht zu toppen! Das Zimmer ist an sich auch gut, aber es ist immer leicht klamm gewesen weil keine Lüftung im Bad ist - zumal sich 8 Leute ein Badezimmer teilen .

Lugar bonito y bien ubicado. Recomendable. Solo dos puntos negativos: 1-no hay gym o sala de ejercicios 2- el agua en las duchas y lavamanos es salada.

This place was great. Convenient location, awesome property, good people, good food, clean, etc. 100% would stay here again!

The staff here are extremely lovely and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable for a good chilled out break away from travelling! Everything was in order, no complaints at all!

Everything in this hostel was wonderful: the location, the services, the people. I recommend it more for groups of people, maybe if you are traveling solo, it does not have a lot of social activities, but so far so good!

Todo hermoso, el personal excelente, karin es lo más !!! No les recomiendo contratar los tours que te dan del hostel (porque la agencia con la que trabajan es un desastre) En cuanto al alojamiento bárbaro!

Baita estrutura, é um hostel misturado com hotel. Staff muito gente boa, e a localização é ótima - 5 min a pé do aeroporto, e do lado da praia. Deu pra fazer absolutamente tudo a pé. O quarto também é excelente, muito confortável. Recomendo!

Sehr cooles und schönes Hostel/ Hotel. Paar Meter vom Strand entfernt, aber weniger Social, da auch Familien dort übernachten.

La ubicacion es inmejorable, buen ambiente, el coworking es comodo, las instalaciones muy modernas y bien conservadas, deben mejorar la limpieza en los cuartos compartidos.

Excelente lugar, pensado en cada detalle, para un descanso, entretenimiento, buena musica. Ls colchones son excelentes, cada cama cuenta con una cortina, lámpara de noche y enchufe. El aire acondicionado en la habitación se mantiene prendido todo el día. Lo único para mejorar, sería la cocina, ya que no hay casi nada de utensilios. Una pava eléctrica no vendría mal. Pero el lugar tiene un restante, con buen menú. El desayuno buffet cuesta COP34000 es súper completo, muy recomendabl...
