- The room was very dirty Even I called the housekeeping to clean the floor they bring the moped fully dirty If I noticed that before pay surely will cancel my reservation Really bad experience

- Bathroom is dirty mattress is dirty like didn't wash for weeks Alot of hair on the floor. The cleaner didn't done his or her job promptly once customer checkout to clean the room. No one does the make up room for me eventough I pass the keys at reception for 4 days consequently. Cleaning service is 0. Toilet bowl is ugly totally dissatisfied for my stay on & off for a month

- forced to use access card to get in. but also need the card for power. if my family need to rest in room, then i cannot go out and in freely since no access card. new rooms are much smaller than when i first stayed 3 years ago. smelled like paint too strong. maybe they just finished renovation. aircon water leaking to bed. only got one plug for charging. not much value for money since there are other hotels with more quality services/room for same price.
