- The Worst Hostel on Earth Room: No air conditioning, crowded with 8 people per room, and unbearably hot—like sleeping in a sauna. Only one little black fan and an open air ceiling. The other guest warned me about the heat when I checked in. I told staff about the heat but no actions were taken. Service: Absolutely unacceptable. Staff sleep in the same room as guests, have no professionalism, and lack even basic manners—never a smile, never polite. I understand this is budget accommodation, but calling guests “gross” and reacting with anger to accidents is appalling. Zero boundaries, zero respect. Staff touched my luggages without permission while I was taking the shower before checking out. No guest's belongings was affected and I offered help to clean up the skin peeling off on the floor but staff are rude. It also seemed clear that staff were hired with no proper training, possibly using visa holders or backpackers, which raises serious ethical concerns about how this place operates. Staff had proper training, qualifications and skills would have treat guests with respect and handle incident skillfully. I had sunburn, and parts of my skin were peeling. Instead of offering help, staff mocked me and invited other guests from different rooms to join in making fun of me. This is the most disgusting display of “hospitality” I’ve ever encountered. If you value kindness, comfort, or even basic human decency—stay far, far away. When I raised this issue with the owner, I received no apology, just coldness and blame. This lack of accountability and care speaks volumes about how guests are treated here. If you’re looking for a social and respectful place to stay, this is NOT it. YHA offers far better service and a much more positive environment. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This was my first and last time here.
+ Het personeel was vriendelijk, het hostel was op 10 tot 15 minuten loopafstand van het centrum van Perth en de badkamers waren schoon.
- Het bed was schoon, maar de kamer niet. Er stonden overal spullen van mensen (die daar permanent lijken te wonen?). Daarnaast was het onduidelijk in welk bed je kon slapen. Het was te druk in de gedeelde ruimtes: toiletten, badkamer en keuken. Dat lijkt gezellig, maar doordat het werkende mensen zijn is het niet echt een gezellige backpackersvibe. Ik was best teleurgesteld over mijn verblijf hier!
+ Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Jedes Bett hatte zwei eigene Regale und einen großen Schrank für Gepäck u.ä.. Einrichtung freundlich und hell. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Bäder werden mehrmals täglich geputzt.
- Beim Beziehen der Betten für neue Gäste haben mehrere Mitarbeitende die saubere Bettwäsche auf dem Boden abgelegt und die frisch bezogenen Bettdecken auf dem Boden gefaltet und dann ins Bett gelegt. Hygienisch ist das meiner Meinung nach nicht.

+ I liked that it was clean, I also enjoyed the living room and garden and the kitchen taps were pretty cool.
- No drinking water and no parking. No basic shower gel provided. U gotta buy water or drink tap water. Tap water isn't very cold and tastes like swimming pool. Location is decent but not great feels like a desert island U have to pay $50 deposit. They constantly remind you that you need to check out.

+ 1日に複数回清掃していて共有スペース、寝室共に汚いとおもうことがほとんどなかった。夜は騒音は一切なく壁やドアもしっかりしていたのだと思った。
- 食料保管できる共有の冷蔵庫から食品がなくなったこと。ホテルのルールとして食料はバッグに入れて名前と部屋・ベッド番号を書いたタグをつけて保管するようになっておりきちんと守っていました。 なくなった日にスタッフが冷蔵庫の掃除をしたとのことだったが、誤って捨てられてしまったか盗まれてしまったか（食料はいくつかの野菜程度） カメラ設置してるのに確認してくれなかったから責任感がないなと思った。

+ Tout était parfait vraiment ! Très très propre. Equipments super. La cuisine très propre et ouverte tout le temps donc très pratique. Les miroirs partout. La décoration très belle. Le coin télévision incroyable ! Vraiment tout était parfait!
- -L’absence de rideaux dans les dortoirs -Mon cadenas n’était pas compatible avec la porte de leur casier -Mon adaptateur n’était pas compatible avec leur prises car elles étaient trop basses..

+ La propreté de l'établissement, notamment les sanitaires, c’était impeccable. Lit très confortables, j’étais dans un dortoir de 8 filles, mais vu comment le dortoir était agencé, je n’ai pas tant ressenti la ''promiscuité''. Chambres bien aménagée, clim & ventilateur, grands placards que l’on peut fermer avec un cadenas pour ranger ses affaires. Cuisine commune très bien équipée. Emplacement un peu excentré du centre ville mais bus de la ville gratuit à deux pas.
- Demande d’une caution à l’arrivée, c’est normal & c’est une bonne chose mais ça aurait été bien de le préciser lors de la réservation. Interdiction d'étendre des choses à sécher dans la chambre à part sa serviette de bain. C’est pareil : très bien & compréhensible mais suite à une incompréhension de ma part à cause mon niveau d’anglais, je me suis faite reprendre, de manière un peu excessive, je trouve. ^^ Il faudrait également bien le préciser lors du check-in. En revanche, il y a une laverie payante sur place, qui est très satisfaisante ainsi qu’un espace extérieur sécurisé pour étendre ses affaires.

Good location and felt safe at the hostel. The staff were really accommodating and easy to contact over email. The downside was no lifts to the upstairs room when I had a very heavy suitcase but overall a decent hostel.

+ Attualmente son qui da più di un mese. È probabilmente il miglior ostello a Perth insieme allo spinner (stesso proprietario ). Super pulito, la struttura è nuova e non troppo grande il ché è perfetto per fare amicizia. Ambiente accogliente. Super consigliato.

+ 清潔。汚いところが見当たらない。 洗練されていてキッチンや共通スペースも開放的。 キッチン用具も多種。冷蔵庫や個人の食糧管理も可能。 トイレ、シャワーも待つことなくスムーズに使える。 シャンプーはないので注意。ドライヤはあります。 二階の部屋は自然光が差し込み明るい。 ベットにカーテンはありませんが、枕元に小物置きやコンセント完備で有難い。 パース駅から徒歩20分〜。バスもあります。 近くにスーパーやコンビニが無いのが少し不便ですが問題ありません。

+ Great people, very very clean and nice facilities. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms very comfy with lots of space to store everything. Very nice people and staff, great organization and the location was near the city center. I was really happy with my stay and would definitely come back!
- The air conditioning didn‘t work one night and there is no supermarket nearby. Everything else was lovely :)
