Sepulveda B&B

A very comfortable room. we stayed for 7 nights and the place and shared washroom were always clean. Emilia and her mom are great hosts, helpful and kind. The location is also great, near everything you may need. We walked to all the attractions in Rome.

Wonderful experience, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Only 5 minute walk from the metro. Clean and had everything we needed. Lots of nice local places to eat and drink, and our host gave us a list of recommendations. Our room had a lock on and we couldn’t hear any of the other guests. Our room was clean, warm, and the bed was comfortable. There was a window which opened, and there was a kitchen for our use as well. The host was lovely and helpful. Great value for money!

Todo perfecto. Han estado super pendientes en todo momento. El apartamento está cerca de todo y además la parada del bus y el metro está justo debajo. Muchisimas gracias por el trato y por todo. Recomendado 100%

Great price, great spot for the travellers who like to sleep. Right in front of a bus stop. Close to metro. Would come back without hesitation.

Schöne Unterkunft von einer sehr freundlichen Frau, alles top sauber, wir sind zufrieden. Das einzige was etwas störend war, waren die Bewohner des Zimmers gegenüber, die sehr laut Fernsehen geguckt haben und Nachts überlaute Schlafgeräusche von sich gegeben haben. Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Nos quedamos solo una noche, la cama es super comoda, la vista es linda, el baño muy limpio y las personas que nos atendieron muy agradables, Emilia la encargada nos recomendo lugares para visitar y comer.

Needed a place to crash for the night and head to the airport early in the morning. Check in was easy and the room had a lot of space and comfy memory foam full size mattress. The room did have a lock but it's a really old lock where you can see through the keyhole. There was one other guest that I never ran into and overall felt safe. The neighborhood has many restaurants so it is a convenient location. Wish I had more time to explore. Make sure to bring Euros to pay for hostel

Mi pare che si deve mettere in parole grande questo B&B che fanno pagare il cheking quando passa un determinato orario , Come queste che dopo le 21 ti fanno pagare un extra ordinario esagerato per il mio parere

Simply furnished, neat and quiet place to stay.. Just what I needed..

Emilia was a lovely host who welcomed us and the place was generally okay, but my only complaint is that there was a problem with the water whereby it would just stop running/working. This meant you would be showering and all the water for the building just stops (including the taps). This seemed to be an intermittent problem which the host is aware of and they said they called the water company... but still I think it is something that needs to be fixed before they take in more guests.

Lovely room If you're looking for an inexpensive, central-ish place in Rome.

Loved having my own space for a few days after staying in big dorms. The facilities and the room is great! The location is a bit out of town, but that was nice with how busy Rome was when I was there. The B&B is in an apartment building that is slightly strange when you first enter, but felt like a local by the end of the stay. Staff were lovely too. Would recommend

Relatively cheap stay not too far from public transport and about 30 minutes from the Colosseum walking and with nice accommodating staff! Can’t complain.

Viviane and Emilia were good hosters. The hostel is a little bit far from the main center, but is close to a train station.

The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, there’s a bus stop right outside the door, the metro is only a 10 minute walk away and there is a supermarket a few doors down. You can be at the tourist hot spots quickly, but you’re not in a noisy touristy area.

The owners were super lovely, they will answer all your questions and give recommendations which is helpful. Bed and bedroom were large which is helpful with your suitcases etc.

Great hosts, close to grocery store and taxi waiting area. Would stay here again. Not alot within walking distance but thats Rome a big city all spread out. Download the Free Now App to get taxis where your standing and dropped off wherever your going in the city or to airport.
