Capsule Hotel - Lucerne Old Town

Very clean hostel, the bathrooms are fantastic and very private despite being shared, the property is also very secure at night so no need to worry about being unsafe. The capsules are actually much comfier than I thought they would be so much so I didn’t want to get out of bed. Not so much of a party vibe but if you talk around you’ll be good people to hangout with. Would book again when I come back for sure.

This is a great value for a solo traveler. Very clean, plenty of sinks/showers, capsule set-up is secure and quiet and cozy! Reasonably priced for an otherwise very expensive city, staff is very friendly, and plenty of space to sit and read/work/hang out.

Las capsulas son amplias y muy cómodas. La ubicación es práctica ya que está cercana a la estación. El personal es amable y atenta.

The best hostel I ever stayed in. It is a bit expensive but that's Switzerland I guess... Also I would have liked an event in the evening to get to meet people. Otherwise, a really good experience!!

The washrooms were very clean and the common area was a great place to chill in the evenings. The staff was very helpful to help with luggage storage before check in time.

El establecimiento sorprende por su limpieza, comodidad y detalle,con secador, colgadores en las puertas,buena ventilación, agia caliente,jabón,toalla, biblioteca dibujos y mensajes que hacen más fácil y agradable la estancia.Pero nadie te enseña a usar el código y por la noche no iba, solo aparecían algunos números y cuando llamé al establecimiento el empleado me cuestionó q no fuera el sistema cuando había entrado otras veces.En los alrededores merodean algunos personajes no fiable...

El hostel es espectacular! La seguridad es primordial y es muy sencillo manejarse con un código para ingresar tanto al hotel como a tu propia cápsula. Lockers gratis para equipaje. Me hubiera gustado tener alguna manera de manejar la ventilación dentro de la cápsula, pero el resto está todo genial. Hay facilidades para desayunar y agua (still, sparkling y fría), también una heladera pequeña para guardar cosas y una máquina expendedora. En recepción podes pedir comida y bebidas extra.

A great hostel that is very close to the main town centre. It is expensive for a “hostel”, but it’s also fairly typical for Switzerland. The capsules are very secure, private and comfortable. The washrooms are also very clean! It does give a bit more of a hotel-vibe; there’s no shared fridge/kitchen and the common areas aren’t super sociable. It’s mainly digital (check-in and door codes) and sometimes the door codes could be tricky. A very peaceful stay, especially when you need some...

No windows in the room. No air in the capsule it becomes very hot. Very clean

Really love this place, would stay again Positives - large free storage space, own “room” with a lock, lovely staff, free towels. Really convenient, comfortable, modern and safe. Negatives - no kitchen (but there is water, fridge, cutlery etc). It’s expensive for the small space you get, however, all hostels in Switzerland are similarly priced. The facilities including common area , bathroom and bedroom were clean and secure and safe. However there is like zero staff interaction or help it is all electronic and as a solo traveller there is no atmosphere for interaction.

Great stay, comfiest beds of my entire trip - cosy, good temperature inside the capsule, can adjust the brightness of the light. Bathrooms very clean and never too busy. Kitchen is only a microwave and fridge, common room / dining area is clean, spacious and bright. Easy check in and luggage storage, though note that flexible locks do not actually work to lock the lockers (need the solid metal ones). Within walking distance of train station and all the main sights in Lucerne.

Auberge singulière avec des lits en mode capsule. Accueil très sympathique et douches spacieuses d'une grande qualité.

Very nice capsule hotel! The capsules are very comfy and clean. The bathroom super nice and tidy. Have everything you need. Small, but it's fine. There is just a microwave, and water dispenser. The staff very kind, and 10 minutes walking to the town.
