Floripa Beach House Hostel

Lovely chilled out hostel, great kitchen facilities and breakfast and very close to a beautiful beach! Not the most social for solo travellers but a good place if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice breakfast of beautiful fresh fruit, cakes, drinks and toastie machines. The lady who runs it is very sweet. The dorm room (female) was nice, a little small but fine for a short time. The only downside was the laundry was a little expensive and you had to do yourself.

Nice place, 15 min walk to the beach. the staff doesn't really speak any English but I just came to eat and lay on the beach so I wasn't too concerned. everything works well in the kitchen and the showers are hot, breakfast is a nice touch. mainly toast, fruit, ham & cheese, tea, coffee. A/C comes on at 10pm. 15 min walk to the larger grocery store. I would stay again. florianopolis is spread out a bit so having a car or a bike to get around is a nice idea. the bus works as well.

Very calm and quiet hostel, very close to Joaquina Beach and Dunes. The staff are very kind and friendly.

Quite quiet hostel but great location lovely staff and great free breakfast! Would recommend for chilled/ relaxed travellers after peace and quiet
