Sehr günstig mit guter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Lidl und Aldi) und Dönerlaben im Gebäude. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde zusätzlich 10 euro um Zahlen um Aufzug und Heizung zu haben. Die Lage ist weit von der Stadt entfernt aber hat gut Verbindung mit Straßenbahn. Lieber normal Zimmer (nicht A und B Bereich).

Der Preis war günstig für Berlin allerdings kann man doch IMMER erwarten das es sauber ist. Anegelutsche Mentos unter dem Bett, kaputter und verdreckter Duschkopf zu kleiner und dreckiger Klodeckel. Halb abgerissene Gardinen und der Hausflur richt nach Urin. Wände total verdreckt. Für wenig Geld kann man nicht viel erwarten aber auf jeden fall Sauberkeit.

Came for the low price for three night, fled after I barely slept enough to have the energy to go for another accommodation. The place is not in a good shape, you smell the moist everywhere, the area felt a bid shady and the fact that an uncanny side entrance seemed to be open the whole night without nor having to use the keycard or walking by a staff member didn’t contributed to my sense of safety. You should definitely avoid the place under every circumstances!

There was no heating at the end of March. In the room around 15 degrees C. There were no towels. Cleanliness was OK. But at night someone stepped into our room who had the same key card. A misunderstanding of the reception who took his luggage out of the room one day too early.....

One of the worst hostel I ever stayed !

Die Eindrücke des Ootel in Berlin-Marzahn waren leider wenig auf der guten Seite. Parkplatz muss per Automat bezahlt werden, allerdings recht günstig für 24h parken (7 EUR), Ambiente ist in positiv und die Kiosk-Angebote sind klasse. Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, auch mit der nachfolgenden Kritik und den Beschwerden wurde professionell umgegangen: Zimmerwechsel gefordert (Bettwanzen in den Matratzen, Staub, u.Ä.), direkt neues Zimmer bekommen. Hier alles in bester Ordnung und angeme...

Aufzug Kaputt Zimmer im 4 Stock! Und es gibt 7! Heizung funktionierte auf sparflamme bei Kälteinbruch! Nur der Zimmerpreis war gut und die Anbindung ans Berliner ÖPNV! Wurde sogar ein gratis Getränk angeboten für eine 5 Sterne Bewertung somit sind diese zumeist erkauft wenn auch etwas schlauer als bei anderen! Leidet nicht zu empfehlen max für eine Nacht in Zukunft nicht mehr!

Uninhabitable Bedbugs, horrible service, no bedsheets even though requested 4 times. the worst of the worst. also people loud and screaming in room beside. dont stay here under any condition

* Zimmer im 6.Stock ohne funktionierenden Aufzug * laute Trocknungsmaschine vorm Nachbarzimmer * dünne Wände zu Nachbarzimmern und nach außen zur Strassenbahn * alles roch noch Cannabis, ohne selbst was abzubekommen... PreisLeistungsVerhältnis war aber in Ordnung 50euro für Doppelzimmer für einen Samstag - voll o.k.

I do not recommend this Hostel mostly because some one entered to my room at midnight and I was really scared, also I need to pay by cash when I arrived because thier machine to pay didn't work that night, the WiFi fails a lot, the elevator stopped working and they didn't do anything and I had to carry my baggage from the fourth floor until the parking and the ramp that have doesn't work to put things, the m was dirty and it stinky, and since the first night something bite me when I was sleeping

Stay away at all cost. I was in a room with 5 refugees. As soon as I opened the door my nostrils burned. A quarter of my (top) mattress fell through the squeaky bed frame. WC smelled and looked like a public city park WC. I stayed 5.5 hours of my 2 day reservation. I felt violated especially for the $30 nightly for a mattress from the 90’s.

It's wasting of your money to book here. I wanted a private room to rest for one night. There was no elevator and I had to take the luggage to the third floor by stairs. Internet was awful and most of the time you could not open a website. About facilities I don't like to tell you because It is completely disappointing. No fridge. No shampoo. And it's quite far from city center.
