+ Las normas existen pero la humanizacion y la comprension tambien.
- La.falta de empatia, comprension y justicia por parte de la parte administrativa con una persona que se equivocó via internet y pagó de forma equivocada. Se explicó la situacion y "cero" comprensión. Todo se puede solucionar si es razonable, justo y honesto, pero estas personas no conocen eso. Eso habla de la calidad humana de quienes administran este hotel.
- Cuando llegué a la habitación compartida 6 camas. Solo yo era el ocupante.habia escobilla en el váter. Velvet business,se la llevó para otra habitación, se lo dije a varias personas del staff, tardaron una semana en poner otra escobilla. Varios días una sola cucaracha en la cocina.

- El local deja entrar a clientes borrachisimos a las 4 de la mañana que se pasan la noche vomitando. Me ha pasado dos noches seguidas y tampoco nadie limpio los vomitados que quedaron por el lavabo.

- Todo era malo. El hostal funcionaba de manera clandestina. El servicio pésimo. Llegué y no tenia ni siquiera cama, estaba todo ocupado.
- Las camas estan altas para personas de peso y no hay escaleras decentes para subir.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff couldn’t find my reservation, moved us multiple times, put me in a bed that had been double-booked, and even removed another guest’s belongings without permission. A “private room” that I booked and paid for, turned into a crowded dorm with lights on at 1am and 3am bc they kept letting people in at all hours of the night. We asked for compensatory towels for all the trouble they caused, they said no. We got no sleep & felt unsafe. Stay anywhere els...
Si j’avais pu laisser moins je l’aurais fait, nous avions réservé là-bas pour 2 nuits et à se fier aux photos tout était ok. Arrivé sur place assez tard en fin de soirée on nous a avertit qu’on allait être relogé à cause d’un soucis dans l’auberge, en soit c’est pas grave du moment que c’est pris en charge et que nous sommes relogés dans un établissement qui propose les mêmes avantages aussi bien en services qu’en propreté. Sauf que pas du tout nous avons finit da...
If I could have left less I would have done, we had booked there for 2 nights and relying on the photos everything was ok. arrived on site quite late in the evening we were warned that we were going to be relocated due to a problem in the hostel, either it doesn't matter as long as it is taken care of and we are relocated to an establishment that offers the same benefits both in services and in cleanliness. except not at all we ended up in an old co-living sale.

Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante la estancia. Es un lugar tranquilo, limpio y con camas cómodas. El trato fue muy cercano y amable en todo momento. Queremos agradecer a Beatriz (“Bea”), la jefa, como la llaman en recepción, por su atención y dedicación, estuvo siempre pendiente de todo, muy profesional y atenta, haciendo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Nos encantó la experiencia y volveremos sin duda.
We felt very comfortable during our stay. It is a quiet, clean place with comfortable beds. The treatment was very close and friendly at all times. We would like to thank Beatriz (Bea), the boss, as they call her at the reception, for her attention and dedication, she was always attentive to everything, very professional and attentive, making the experience even better. The care is noticeable in every detail. We loved the experience and will definitely return.

- Nos son muy empaticos, se cobra extra por todo y nos sacaron a la calle por querer esperar taxi adentro

+ Adoramos o hostel, bom preço benefício. Uma coisa a apontar seria em relação as casas de banho, sentimos falta de ter mais privacidade para tomar banho sem ter homens a entrar e a sair, e de suporte de toalhas dentro do duche. Em relação aos quartos, mesmo não tendo quartos exclusivos para mulheres, dependendo da ocupação do hostel, poderia tentar centralizar as mulheres todas no mesmo quarto. Fora isso Quartos bem limpos e camas confortáveis
¡Este hostel es increíble! Muy acogedor, la habitación limpia y con muy buen olor, la cama y almohada súper cómodas. El personal es amable y te hace sentir como en casa. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré.
This hostel is amazing! very cozy, the room is clean and smells very good, the bed and pillow are super comfortable. the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. i definitely recommend it and will return.
